TERRIBLE!!!! EVEN CHARGED ME FULL PRICE ON ANOTHER ROOM I HAD TO CANCEL BEFORE ARRIVING!!!! CHARGED A FULL WEEK WHEN I CANCELED DAYS PRIOR TO REASONS OUT OF MY CONTROL MUCH BETTER CHOICES IN THE AREA

The staff assumed I was not coming back to my 19 years old daughter when I went to the grocery store the told my daughter they will be watching for extremely unprofessional and rude I was getting us groceries and I was so offended I told my daughter to get the deposit right away and we did not stay at the hotel at all Staff

The bed was exceptionally comfortable with great pillows

Reserved and paid for a room with a kitchen. Received a small, dark room that smelled moldy and old with a broken fridge and no kitchen. They were willing to give us a different room, but still no kitchenette and with no tv. They were unwilling to accommodate then, and the manager said if we didn't like either room, we could leave, no refund...rude customer service and rooms are less than mediocre.

I gave this property “ok” ratings because of the price and location between Ft Lauderdale Airport and the Miami cruise terminals. The hotel is in disrepair and old, but I guess as clean as it can be for the age. It could definitely use some TLC! The neighborhood is a bit seedy so I wouldn’t stay here with children. There aren’t really any restaurants nearby so you have to uber everywhere. It’s ok for a VERY short, cheap stay for adults who are self defense capable and vigilant. Otherwise, I don’t think we’d stay here again. The property had potential and I hope someday someone sees that and upgrades it!

The bed was comfortable The room not up to standards of booking.com. I think they think i was a local and not a customer and was treated as such. No shampoo no place to charge phone and very basic cable.
