Check in was fast and easy. The room was very clean and the beds pretty comfortable. Had a nice dip in the clean pool. My only suggestion is lowering the temp in the room a bit more in the summer, it took a long time to cool down and we needed to get ready for an event soon after arrival. Was a little warm for that and uncomfortable. But our stay was quite nice.

I was denied entry to my room by a rude employee refusing to take my ID, do not book here

Clean comfortable Good location. Easy access to surrounding areas safe secure neighborhood. Comfortable bed. Good hot shower.

However, the pool was closed due to filtration issues and the ice machine had no ice.

Clean new renovated room, great location.

We were there 2 days in July and the pool was out of order and so was the ice machine. The floor appeared clean but our feet were black!! Went to ask for a hair dryer and he said its in your room. It was not but I didn't feel like he cared. Also homeless people were loud outside our door for a little bit one night. We will not return.

Nice hotel, staff was very nice. Easy check in and out. Outdoor pool looked great, didnt have a chance to use, Room was clean and comfortable.
