Holiday Inn Express and Suites Haltom City Ft Worth by IHG

One of the best breakfast I’ve had in a while hand down, the staff was very friendly.

I really wanted to love this place because the staff members were absolutely amazing—everyone we met was so kind and helpful. The hotel itself is newer and looks great, but unfortunately, the execution fell a bit short. Even though it’s a newer building, our room definitely showed wear and tear. We also ran into an issue with the amenities; the hotel ran out of towels, which seemed to be from a mix of understaffing and a lack of preparedness (BTS concert in town). Finally, breakfast was a bit of a letdown because it started too early and the service window was way too short, making it hard to catch. It has great potential and the team is wonderful, but the management needs to iron out these operational details.

Great hotel stay! VERY Welcoming Ms. JK was at all times. We stayed as our daughter was attending the BTS concert & we are glad we found our new spot to stay whenever back to Dallas. Very clean & organized. Breakfast was great & pool was relaxing. Our room was very clean and up to our standards. The only issue would be more comfy pillows and more access to pool towels.

It is next to a restaurant with live music at night if that’s a concern for light sleepers that go to bed early. Our stay was fine!

Really need to work on the shower, mold in the corners and you could smell it when you walked in. Don't believe it was a maid error, more of a maintenance person problem.

Me my husband and our 3 year old daughter stayed 3 nights. it was a very nice stay! breakfast was great every morning, the room was very clean. Pool was great. The ladies at the desk were extremely sweet! my only complaint is the AC at night wasn’t the best and we always woke up hot even with the temp set at 67. but ac worked perfectly fine during the day though! Would stay again.

There was no room service cleaning throughout the week and we stayed for 9 nights.

Train runs right beside the hotel and there is a fire station next door, both contributing to being woke up throughout the night. The actual room stunk, we didn't think much of it until we got home and realized all our clothes stunk from it and we had to wash everything. The breakfast area was a complete mess and out of a lot of stuff. I usually don't complain about little things but the whole purpose of staying in a Holiday Inn Express in that you know what you are getting. This hotel was just way below their standards and I will not stay there again.

The afternoon girl at the front desk was sprawled in a couch in the lobby on her phone every time we came in. Extremely unprofessional.

I stayed there for two nights with my family. There was a towel shortage, and we weren't informed at check-in that we needed to request housekeeping in the morning if we required fresh towels or housekeeping so my room was not cleaned the night after my first day there. I stayed on the 3rd floor, where a live band played music all night, causing significant disturbance throughout our stay. I wouldn't recommend this place for anyone seeking peace and quiet.
