Close to our event we were attending. And very nice place. Cost per night but was willing to pay for location.

Stay with breakfast is completely a con. I booked two rooms 'with breakfast' and paid a premium price about triple usual hotel rate. We had breakfast and total tab for 3 was less 25% less than our breakfast allotment with tip and they had the gall to charge me an additional substantial fee. I put specifics in my original review but expedia will not let me publish them. . The next day they closed the breakfast 10 minutes early so we got nothing for our breakfast that we had paid for. . This is a total con job. Steer clear and expedia is the worst site to book travel on.

Great location! The Grille downstairs had great food! The rooms were smaller than expected, but the stay was 5 star!

We really enjoyed our stay. I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the property and the area. We attended the NXL Paintball tournament at Joyce Park. Will stay there next year for sure. Very clean rooms. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast is delish. Parking was very easy. One negative is that the restaurant is not open on Sundays.

Very attentive and cordial staff, even with a super late check-in. Hotel was clean, nice and quiet. Great location! Would happily stay there again.

Upon arrival, we then had to scramble to find another hotel (we booked outside hotels.com as we felt unsure of how this error occurred.) Very disappointing level of communication and assurance. Also, the hotel was vacant on a Tuesday evening. They even booked another individual in, while we stood trying to resolve the issue. We are now being told it will be 5-10 days until our refund is processed. We will not book with this chain again.

A great experience as always. Took part in the restaurant as well this time. The food was good and the bartender who was running our food was very attentive and pleasant. Looking forward to booking again the same time next year!

This hotel is in a great location, walkable area, small bar and bistro across the street. Will definitely stay here again! Lisa in morning breakfast area is great. However breakfast items on menu were not well prepared. Scrambled eggs had overcooked egg scrapings from the grill mixed n with them. Breakfast flatbread was impossible to eat without a knife and fork. Way too much of each item on the top...not even appetizing to look at.

Great location for walking around downtown Hamilton. Friendly staff. Stephanie kept our room stocked with coffee and clean.
