Needed a walk in shower for safety reasons and it was slippery as could be also the mattress desperately needs to be flipped. Other than that excellent place. Great staff, and surprisingly decent meals.

We come to Hamilton 2x a month and will only stay here or across the street. It’s always solid. The convenience is perfect esp if it’s over a Sunday because the ONLY place open anywhere is Pour house open on Sundays for food and drink makes for an easy walk. First time in 10 years I’ve actually used the pool at hotel or paid attention that there was one. Very NICE surprise ! Always request to not be by the elevator as it’s loud when it’s silence. A little mistake with that but it was quickly resolved. Always recommend this location!!! So Easy and Nice Staff!

Stay with breakfast is completely a con. I booked two rooms 'with breakfast' and paid a premium price about triple usual hotel rate. We had breakfast and total tab for 3 was less 25% less than our breakfast allotment with tip and they had the gall to charge me an additional substantial fee. I put specifics in my original review but expedia will not let me publish them. . The next day they closed the breakfast 10 minutes early so we got nothing for our breakfast that we had paid for. . This is a total con job. Steer clear and expedia is the worst site to book travel on.

We really enjoyed our stay. I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the property and the area. We attended the NXL Paintball tournament at Joyce Park. Will stay there next year for sure. Very clean rooms. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast is delish. Parking was very easy. One negative is that the restaurant is not open on Sundays.
