Not the best experience. We had to change rooms due to BLACK mold(not surprised, vent but no fan to help with moisture) the second room my daughter tried to plug in her charger and she got zapped because whoever used it prior broke a prong off in the socket. The sink in the bathroom area took forever to drain. Seriously thought it was going to over flow a few times. I don’t think the shower was installed correctly either. Every time you stepped into it, it would shift like they jimmy rigged the floor or something with a 2x4. Also had issues with the water dripping forever after a shower and only seemed to shut off if I pushed the handle in( mind you it’s a twist handle) No compensation just a sorry. Just know not to go back to that place next time I visit. Sucks because it is a cool concept but I don’t think executed very well.

Towels are thin and need to be upgraded. Need coffee makers added to the rooms.

Friendly staff

Very innovative, clean and good service. A couple of things that can make it even better. Coffee should be available at all times but certainly until noon. We ran into not having coffee a few times. The beds have very sharp edges, and my husband, daughter and I have been injured after accidentally hitting our legs or feet against them.

Walls were paper thin and the could hear the TV from next door. Lights weren’t working.

Rebecca was helpful and had great customer service

The doors had very heavy closers on them, very difficult for wheelchair. No powered doors that we saw made entry extra hard. Parking is sub par and a long way away

Very clean, and restaurants were very good, very close to sports center for convenience.

One of the coolest hotels I’ve ever been to, and the young gentleman who greeted us was likely the nicest, most polite and pleasant host at a hotel that I’ve ever had. I wish I knew his name to give him a commendation, but hotel staff will know based on our check in. We stayed in 113 for 2 nights and arrived very late on Aug 12. We loved this unique hotel and felt so comfortable in it. I would 100% recommend it!!!

This was my first time staying at this property and I must say it was a very unique experience. No problems at all, you just need to get used to the unfinished ceilings. It was a wonderful stay.

Paid a lot of money. , did not get an apology, just a smile to tell us they were cheaper than other hotels. .not true

Very clean, excellent staff. Parking could be better organized.

Check in time was 4pm. I was still waiting for them to “clean and inspect” the room at 11pm. Just to sleep a few hours before I had to get up and go back to the basketball court. I was supposed to be compensated and that never happened but other people waiting were getting compensation. Very disappointed and will never stay here again.

Honestly it wasn’t a bad hotel at all! Some of the things I wish was changed was that the only lighting in the main room where the beds were was a little lamp and then the lamps next to the bed. And to turn them on you had to go around the whole place to even get some light in there. The rooms are huge. Also the walk from the parking lot was so long especially if you were towards the back and honestly Hamilton is really not that safe of a town from what some locals said. I personally thought it was really clean, but my room had a few things messed up in it. I didn’t visit the bar or really use the staff that much but besides to check in and out but other than that I would stay there again if I had too, but if not just because the parking was so far I probably wouldn’t.

It took entirely too ling to get checked in. Other than that. The hotel was great.

Food at Sara's was great, and although check- in was a nightmare, the staff was friendly and great, our room was clean, and looked just like the photos. We really enjoyed taking the steps out the back door, and overlooking the river.
