The Warehouse Hotel at Champion Mill

Double billed for room.

Staff was great. Overall it was a great stay and I will be going back.

We love this hotel! The staff are super friendly and helpful. This is a great hotel when you are in town for kids sports! Plenty of laundry facilities which is essential when kid’s sport clothes need daily cleaning. Love the restaurant too.

I know I have written a lot, but these are the glaring things that stood out to me. I had never stayed at this location before, and never will again. It is a very nice facility with limited amenities. The price that I paid for 2 days did not equate to the overall experience I received.

Great spot if playing at Spooky Nook. Not a lot for kids to do in downtime (no pool, no games, etc.). Kids have to pay to use the gym. Was raining and parking is across street ( no garage or close parking). Room didn't get cleaned while we were ther 4 days. Location is great, just not a lot of things to do for kids if you have downtime without paying more money.

I enjoyed staying at thos location. The staff was amazing, and the hotel is large enough to where you do not have to leave the property if you choose not too. There is an amazing gym directly across the street, also part of the hotel, along with various options to eat. I would certainly stay again.

Loved the modern feel of the warehouse while keeping the integrity of the old factory. Was incredibly clean and quiet.

The parking be so far off property, and the lack of an awning at check in means anyone arriving in rain or bad weather will have a heck of a time arriving or leaving. The smoke alarm in the room flashed SO bright, it kept me up for hours. The rooms feel very cold…not temperature, just the vibe. Like a millennial owner threw a couple pieces of IKEA furniture into a cement room and called it good. I was in an accessibility room (did not request the room) and the shower stall puddled at my feet. The rubber edge liner was a rusty color around the edges, did not like seeing that. Other than the shower, the bed and room itself felt clean. But again, just empty and hallow with no character whatsoever. The parking situation alone would keep me from staying here again.

Loved everything about the stay. No events were going on, so we experienced it with hardly any people around. Golf sim guys were awesome, staff, and restaurant all awesome. Room was on side of road, so loud cars and ambulances woke us up. Wish we had an internal building room...make that request, thank me later.

Cool vibes, but added costs for mostly everything

I don’t know if there was breakfast available. No coffee in my room. Concrete floors are cold.

Convenient location Bed were uncomfortable and it wasn’t very clean

The atmosphere was unique. Food was not available for breakfast. TV didn' t work due to previous renters gaming and wires not connected correctly.

You can unload at the door which was convenient. The parking is toward the end of the building each side. The sports complex was across the street. Lots of natural light on river side. Room was very spacious and comfortable. The front desk was friendly and helpful. Back doors at ends of hall only are emergency so the lobby is the only way really in and out. Or through door on front by other lot.

Parking was a little out of the way but other than that this property has a lot to offer depending on your travels
