Excellent food service and bar.

Nice location although it is near active train tracks so light sleepers may not like the train horn.

I absolutely love the Well House. The price is reasonable compared with other accommodations. The rooms are spacious and clean, bed comfortable with puffy soft and firm pillow, everything worked, luxury cleansing products. Security was exceptional. I grew up 70 years ago in Hamilton and have fond memories of the prestigious Anthony Wayne apartment building, and love the nostalgic feeling of staying there now. The view from the lobby of the Great Miami River and small park with original log cabin are wonderful. The one issue I had was the terribly sticky Keurig coffee station. I arrived one hour after breakfast had ended, and more than an hour later it remained the same. The counter, powder creamers, all 3 sweetener bottles, and - worse - the floor such that my shoes made sticky sounds walking across 3 large rooms, including the lobby. I had to go to the ladies' washroom after making every cup of coffee to wash my hands. This lack of staff attention for so long was unacceptable, especially when staff was walking over the sticky area. Two of the sweetener bottles were empty, as they were the next day - they should have been preordered. One staff member did check for me the first day, which was nice. This experience made me wonder about the same consistency in the kitchen and food safety and preparation cleanliness. I would not eat there.

Hotel was Amazing! Great food at the restaurant. Would have given it 5 stars but the breakfast was lacking and not worth the price they were charging.

Very Happy also that you are not on the money grab for charging for parking! - it’s just a principal thing if you’re a guest staying often. Please keep it that way! Totally recommend and will B Back:)

The hotel was beautiful, and the staff were friendly. However, the room smelled like mildew, and there was wallpaper, appealing near the windows. There was no option for window ventilation we had to be relocated to a different hotel in another town.

Clean, nicely decorated. Smell of cleaning supplies or sprays was very pungent in room though, and there was no conditioner in shower, bottle was empty. Overall though, good stay.

Room was on first floor because of hotel arrangement of room. Front Desk staff was not always available

In my side, was everything OK?

The smallest hotel room I've ever stayed in for sure. It had even a room from a cruise beat! Using key cards to use the elevator was annoying but I get it was a safety measure! The fire alarm was tripped somewhere in the building upon check in so that was loud! Not a place to stay if you have kids.

Stayed three days, staff never cleaned room, no clean towels, trash never picked up! Would not stay there again!

This is my second stay there and I love it’s the only thing that is a little odd is how the employees dress in hoodies when the rest of the hotel is so fancy.
