Needs updating. Breakfast was not very good. The bed was great but the rest of the furniture was very worn out. For the price and our one night stay it was alright.

The room was clean but the beds weren't so comfortable.Felt the strings almost through the sheets but beside that everything else was good.Breakfast was okay.They ran out of orange juice.

We stayed in a suite it was nice we had a cieling fan wich helped keep the very large room cold. It was clean and the bed very comfortable. The room had a separate jacuzzi hot tub that was so relaxing after a long day. The breakfast could of been better the only things edible was the waffles, oatmeal and toast.

Hotel room was dirty, mold on the lamp shades it was not work $232.00 we paid for the room.

The rooms at this hotel are old windows are old AC units are old I walked in one room smelling like mildew and had mold on the lamp shades so asked to be moved to another room in that room it smelled like mildew and smoke so the quality of this hotel is terrible do not book a room here.

Overall not a bad experience, a place to sleep. But the bed was incredibly hard, pillows definitely showed age, paint peeling from the ceiling, AC unit didn't work properly, door had to be slammed to close for the room, key cards were erased after only one night of two night Stay, initial check-in Took a while because front desk receptionist was asleep on the desk upon arrival. They do not offer daily housekeeping, only Maybe every few days if you have a long stay. Had to ask housekeeping for fresh towels because we were not aware of this.

The location was very easy off of I-10 to get to. I like the breakfast was included in price. All was clean but older hotel.

Located next to two large gas stations. Booked two rooms right next to each other. The tv was broken in one of the rooms and the cabinets were COVERED on mold. The entire building smelled of mold/mildew. Even the room we were switched too. The only reason I even scored it a one was for the nice front desk attendant. I have asthma and the air was so bad I couldn’t sleep. Had I not already paid I would have left.

My first room Television did not work. The carpet was dirty and the second room they moved my family and I into the air conditioning was not cooling. The temperature in Hammond Louisiana was 88 degrees at 12 midnight. Need I say any more

Alot of remodeling was going on but overall it was good for 1 night.

The odor upon entry into the lobby was horrible, the tank connected to the commode leaked & the jacuzzi had no bars at the step. The pictures looked nothing like the real place & construction was going on.

They were doing construction i guess. One of the workers kept going up and down a lift playing on his phone and not doing any work. That thing was loud. Other then that it was okay. Looked really unfinished and had a smell.

The location The TV and phone didn't work, the guy who checked me in ,showed no concern about my complaints.Also,the ice machines didn't work on the 2nd and 3rd floor

Area wasn’t the best. The room was clean-ish, and I liked that the blankets were thick. Bath tub/shower didn’t seem anything more than wiped down. Rugs need to be shampooed, my feet were black after walking around for a little bit without socks on. Had to wash my feet before I got in bed.

The property is looking "tired". Parking lot needs a little help, lobby area is dark, walls and doorframes have enough scratches that ownership is essentially telling customers "we don't care" and the hallway carpets are dirty and frayed. They serve breakfast daily, which is part of the package we were paying for, but on this morning management decided they weren't going to serve it. Frustrating. In a positive I will say our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. For us we will be coming back to the Hammond area many times over the next couple years but with the number of hotel properties to choose from in the area we won't be picking this property again. The total experience was disappointing and definitely didn't reflect the Internet rating.

When we walked into the lobby it smelt very strongly of pot. Our room was not clean still had the dirty linens on the floor and the pool was so dirty it was green Nothing
