Hampton Inn Hammond

Breakfast should last until at least 10:30. I should ask for handicapped room.Had to walk so far to get to room.recently had knee surgery.

Staff was wonderful especially April. Breakfast was just ok. Rooms was clean but bathroom needed some work in shower and new mattress is definitely needed.

Decent hotel, not too old, not to new. Same OK breakfast, OK bed, OK shower. No complaints and no wow factor.

The room was musty smelling but the hotel gave us some air freshener and it was better, the receptionist was very helpful when we needed more pillows and the breakfast was good.

This had to be the worst check ever at a hotel. I booked through Expedia and PAID through Expedia I arrived at the hotel a little after 11 PM. The door was locked I could not get in. There was a sign that said pick up the phone and let them know you’re here, but there is no phone. The phone had been removed from the wall I knocked on the door trying to get the staffs attention. I used my cell phone to call the hotel to let them know I was trying to get in. Once I got in the lady tried to charge me again for my room. I explained to her that I had paid online. She told me no that was just to reserve my room. I repeatedly let her know I had paid in full. I showed her my receipt on my phone. She continued to say that was for a reservation only not to pay for the room. I told her no I paid $142 and she was trying to charge mean additional $150 she got on the phone and made two phone calls trying to figure out how to check me in once I finally got into my room. My TV did not work. I called the front desk. She came 10 minutes later and tried to fix it she said oh I can check to see if I have another room available. I can move you to. I said OK 10 minutes later she called. I don’t have the same type of room, but I do have another room. I said that’s fine. She said she would bring me the key 10 minutes later. I went downstairs and got the key from her I went to the new room, which was exactly the same as the room I had even though she told me she did not have the same type of room.

Staff was fabulous! We loved having fan in the bedroom. Breakfast was really nice. Room was clean and quiet.

Room was clean when arrived stayed for 3 days and never came to clean other than that great hotel to stay with family

The mirror in the room still had children hand prints on it. The light in the bathroom kept flickering like a disco hall.
