Property was great. Staff was super friendly. Inquired about a early check in due to coming in for my dad’s surgery from out of town and was able to do so effortlessly. The breakfast was top-tier! I’ve had complementary breakfasts with the stay before, but this one by far was one of the best! Very close to the interstate, which is very convenient for travel. N.A

Was getting better. I told the front desk this when I received the welcome text. She offered to put us in another room and I turned her down because we were tired and had already unpacked some. But, the smell was so bad I could hardly stand it. The bathroom smelled like sewage. The carpet in the halls was dirty and smelly. I will never stay here again. The breakfast was ok. Staff was friendly, but I need a room that doesn’t stink. The ac started making the loudest racket very early am. If I had know. That would happen, I would have moved last night. It was a terrible Night for us! I was so disappointed! We usually live Hampton Inns!

What I did not like was that they assigned a handicap room to us, and the shower was made for a wheelchair. When taking a shower with the shower curtain closed, the water came out below the curtain and flooded the bathroom. The shower curtain was not long enough to prevent the water from going under it. Upon checking out I made a complaint to the staff and they apologized for the problem that I had.

Breakfast was wonderful. Very tasty and a dood variety of choices. Loved the peach waffles! Fridge in room was completely frozen over; fortunately all we were using it for was water. And could not get the temperature increased using A/C controls. Room was freezing. Had to turn off A/C off for 3 hours.

Breakfast should last until at least 10:30. I should ask for handicapped room.Had to walk so far to get to room.recently had knee surgery.

Staff was wonderful especially April. Breakfast was just ok. Rooms was clean but bathroom needed some work in shower and new mattress is definitely needed.
