They changed my room it wasn’t the room I booked so it’ll be a No for me next time! I want what I paid for!

Right off highway The ceiling was falling apart , under mattress had hair , rough neighborhood, people next to us kept us up fighting and arguing... room had junk furniture in it and paint was eye sore.

The room was cozy, peaceful and clean.

Room & Facility was very dirty! Black lady at front desk was rude!

Everything was horrible. The room was dirty, sheets were stained, towels were stained. Floor dirty with bugs. There was a hole in the bathroom door. This is the worst place I have ever stayed.

Nothing when I came in my room it was stuffy and smells bad The spiders and roaches

Plenty of lighting in the parking lot.

Some of the staff was ok they didn't want to clean the rooms or give towels for more than 2 guess and we had 4 they wanted you to reuse the same towel which is a no for my family.they didn't clean the room at all and we were there for 4 days

Comfortable bed and air condition worked great, Room was cleaned every day. TV functioned as it should. Shower floor was extremely sleepily. I need to have a matt or non-slip surface. Door sweep was broken and let in air, needs some maintenance.

Pool access and times. Breakfast didn’t have waffles lol but croissants was a hit!

Good AC No coffee maker in the room

Room was very clean and quiet. Needs a little cosmetic work but otherwise we had a pleasant stay. Didn't have A coffee maker but I brought my own as I have found many hotels don't have them now.

The fact the pool closes early certain staff members are aholes need more pesticide around

Holes in ceiling, walls, bed bugs lots, got bitten all over, have type 1 narcolepsy w cataplexy, AuDHD,traumatic brain injury was sleep deprived by staff. Put on request once requested another room to be let in early I was having schizophrenia and seizures. Employee working said, and I quote, "(yelling at me, man worker clapped his hands in my face made us sit outside) y'all were in here this morning! Well come on if you're getting room. I'm ready. Alright then. (Still yelling things at me)"-- begins cleaning , leaves me at counter waiting. At check out did same thing. Made us sleep outside. Instead of reimbursing. Drugs, smoked filled room, roaches, Everything. Never again. Lost 2 stays here. 2 nights. And they threw me into seizures, psychosis, emotional and cataplexic shock. Made me run.

The hot tub was literally a garden tub in the room, the water didn’t get hot at all. The shower would not drain the entire stay, we had to manually hold the lever down each time. The Ac barely blew out, The wifi was out in our room 2/4 days we were there. Some guy cleaned his van right outside our window from 7pm until 3am. I get what you pay for, however it wasn’t cheap by any means.

Needs updating & maintenance

The room wasn’t the cleanest boogers on the walls and dirt on the floors. The ceiling had water damage that wasn’t repaired and was molding.
