No one bothered anyone which was good. Our room had bugs, was very dirty, not cleaned since April 30th, and our sheets had literally pee stains.

The key card worked well so I could get into the room quickly to avoid a creepy guest who had taken an interest in me. I killed a couple of cockroaches every day, the shower curtain was slimy, I ran out of toilet paper, the place smelled bad, the plumbing made loud noises in the middle of the night, it's right next to highway where trucks used jake brakes, had to ask to get sheets changed, the pool was closed, the bedspread smelled like it had never been washed.

Sheets and towels were worn and stained. Finish was worn off bathtub and surface was extremely slick. Some of the light switches didn’t work and you need a degree from MIT to get the tv on. How about some instructions for the tv system?

The staff are very friendly and very helpful. There's no rewards program especially when paying for the suite.

Nothing No room clean for the four days that we booked. No towels or garbage bags

It was a Valentine’s Day stay we had 2beds but it has great because it made the decoration look even more beautiful and it was spacious I wish I could show pictures I loved it The room was spotless the staff was very helpful and friendly and they they went above and beyond I enjoyed my stay and yes I will be going back and I tell everyone I know about my stay.and I love that there was no carpet on my room floor a table for two to dine a regular size refrigerator microwave and coffee maker a sink for kitchen I was able to was the dishes out and a sink outside the bathroom I sat my body soap and lotion and bath bombs up there was a spot to put my clothes other than in the drawers it was so clean I didn’t mind soaking in the tub of course after washing it out myself as I do at home before taking a bath the bed was soooo soft and comfortable we slept through the rain.i came back because I enjoyed my stay as well during the hurricane last year I had two rooms 1 king and 1 double with my dogs(inside pets with there kennels )and my kids I remembered it was nice and clean and had friendly staff and it’s very affordable with tv and WiFi nice size rooms it was very spacious
