Dirty, rusty of all hardware's in bathroom, staff are rude.

The location Disgusting, rooms were filthy. Sticky stuff in the carpet sticking to the bottom of shoes. Dirty underwear and condoms between the bed and the wall.

The parking lot and outside was Clean, Quiet. Staff was very Helpful Nice and Attentive, Room was clean, free breakfast was good… the other guest were friendly also Lamp shades

Very easy check-in and a very clean room. The air-conditioning worked great the breakfast in the morning was very nice on both mornings that I was there. The only thing I would bring up is that it is close to the interstate and the road noise can be very loud. I will definitely stay there again the next time I am in the area.

The Location and Price of the Room The smell of the Room. The Wifi sucks and it was hard to find the channels tv was real slow. Rooms don't have microwave.

In the pictures this hotel has a pool but when you get there there's no pool they filled the pool in which was the whole reason I booked it was to go swimming straight garbage and staff refuse to give me a refund even though I didn't want to stay there because there was no pool. And the vending machine tries to charge you $3.10 for a drink that's outrageous

Always a great stay. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Bed and pillows are amazing! Never disappointed when I stay.

Overall room was clean, i had to turn off the AC despite of setting it on low it was still freezing in the room.

The next morning the toilet clogged and ran over. As the guest I used a plunger and cleared the clog. I had to request disinfectant wipes to clean the toilet and bathroom floor. Housekeeping did not service our room that day at all. There was a mini refrigerator in the room but no shelves in it. There was an ice/vending/laundry room that I didn't discover could be opened with the room key until check out when I requested it to be opened to get some ice. Overall I felt like an interruption at check in and after reporting the toilet overflow issue and doing a light surface cleaning with the only thing available to me only to discover that no housekeeping was done to the room I felt more like an inconvenience and am greatly disappointed in the service provided for our stay. The room was clean on arrival and hence the 3 stars for it, but I'll be looking elsewhere to spend my money on return visits to the area.
