Our stay was okay overall, but there were several things that were disappointing. The room was not as clean as I would have liked. The bathroom, in particular, could use a deep cleaning, and the stains in the tub were very noticeable and disappointing. When we arrived, there was a dehumidifier in our room, but no one at the front desk mentioned why it was there. The following day, it was removed, and the room seemed to have a different smell afterward. The hotel itself looked nice, but the cleanliness and lack of communication about the dehumidifier took away the next day. With no notice. Our overall experience i feel is on to housekeeping and maintenance, this could be a much better stay. The hotel felt a little old to me.

Probably wouldn’t stay again. Door lock was broken, dead roach on floor, no in room coffee pot, bed was good, breakfast was not very good, freeze dried eggs, orange juice tasted rancid. One night was enough!

Nice room Advertised as pet friendly so I requested a room as private as possible and was put in the busiest part of facility upon checkout I was told there was an additional $20 dollar charge because I had a pet I told her that I had not seen that charge mentioned in receipt or anywhere else and I would not be staying with them in the future
