From check in to check out, our stay was wonderful! Breakfast was tasty and the service excellent! The staff were friendly and our room was clean. Our floor was extremely quiet as well. I will continue to choose this Holiday Inn to stay whenever I'm in town visiting family! Thank you!

Location is very convenient to the highway and shopping area. AC in room was super cold, coldest I have ever experienced.
-
Good safe location. Staff very helpful. No coffee one morning and no one to refill was the only negative.

For the price of the rooms breakfast could have been complimentary
-
staff very courtesy.

Need management to address the rude help at front desk.

Comfortable beds. Very nice breakfast. Poor location and hard to find. Had to turn in another company parking lot and drive around. Had no sign to Clarify where and how to get to it. Thank goodness for GPS but very confusing

Location was great. Located near lots of restaurants, gas stations, and shopping places. Rooms were clean and spacious. Pool area was relaxing with a hot tub. Hostesses were nice and professional. Accommodated us as needed and responded very quickly to our requests. Restaurant bar was convenient. Bartender was great and friendly. All amenities were in room. Pretty quiet area and safe area. Lots of parking available. Decent Stay. Would stay again and recommend!! Nothing bad to say about hotel. Everything was smooth and professional. Fast and easy check-in and out. Staff was nice and courteous. 5-10 mins from mall and restaurants and downtown Hammond. Amenities were included. Rooms and bathroom were spacious with kitchen and closet. Restaurant and bar on-site. Bartender was great. Really enjoyed his conversations. Definitely would stay again and recommend this property!!

We stayed for 3 nights, the hotel was clean, beds were comfortable with different types of pillows (soft & firm), pool was clean and staff was friendly. Very pleased with our stay

Said free breakfast when I booked but not honored at hotel upon checkin

Overall, the experience was fine. The room was clean. The bathroom seemed to be a little dated and small. There was a Keurig in the room. Disappointed that the only coffee available in the lobby was a carafe pump dispenser. Even though it was early in the morning when I left, the coffee was lukewarm and tasted kind of old. Seems like a lot of hotels are now going to the fresher always available coffee machines that make a fresh hot cup when you press the button. That would have been nice.

Clean with helpful staff. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet.

There was a bug climbing into bed. There was a dying wasp in the bathroom. The tub and shower walls were so slick-almost like they were sprayed with a cleaner and not rinsed. Carpet appeared to be unvacuumed in the room.
