We stay in Hammond quite often and always choose this hotel. Very clean and friendly staff.

The only complaint and it’s really not a complaint was we noticed our air conditioning unit the overflow must’ve been stopped up because the carpet was wet around it. Didn’t notice it until we went to open the curtains in the morning. Told the gentleman at the front desk and he said he would let maintenance know.

Staff was so friendly. Hotel was clean and I loved the bar and grill downstairs.

Air-conditioning was on in the room. Beds were BEAUTIFULLY MADE by the staff. The linens were of a quality exceeding the room price. The remote control had been cleaned properly. The room had been prepared for a comfortable sleeping experience during my travels!

The lady I spoke with when I checked in on Sunday, not sure of her name, but it was about 7:30-8pm. She has NO customer service skills. Did not greet us when we wlaked up to the counter. When I asked her a question, she seemed annoyed. This is not who I would want speaking ro my guests if I was the manager. When I checked out Wednesday morning, around 8am, she was lovely. Very friendly, answered my questions, and was helpful. The room we stayed in was nice, but the barhroom door didn't close properly and we were unable to lock it. The train wasn't as much of an issue as I thought it would be, but I did hear it most of the days I was there.

Nothing Our room was next to elevator. We dud not think that waz an issue until bedtime. Then we heard noise. The coffee machine did not work. The body lotion was empty. The front desk employee did nit care.

They do not have free breakfast they charge 12 dollars but it says free on the website but everything else was great

The location the bed was so comfortable. The hole in the bathroom small. No free breakfast.

That was unfortunate as there were several people interested. He said that he was told by management if there is not many customers then he can close at 10 pm instead of 11 pm.

The beds were very comfortable as well as the pillows. My family and l enjoyed our stay. Our coffee pot wouldn't work at all.

This is likely the best place to stay in Hammond at least as far as moderately priced hotels go. I’ve stayed here 3x recently and it suited my purposes nicely. I will stay here again and it will be my first choice.
