The location is great. We have stayed numerous times in the past. Service and product has declined.

They gave my room away and I was still charged for it. Haven’t been reimbursed and had to pay for another hotel room

Thank you Devyn (Devin) and staff for making our stay wonderful. From finding us a room to making sure we were comfortable and had everything we need, Devyn and the staff took excellent care of us. I will be returning even for just a quiet night to myself.

My room was decently clean however my AC messed up the morning of my stay and my room was so humid the floors and walls were wet with water.

Everyone was very friendly and very helpful. Location. I am from Ponchatoula. I live in Southaven MS. We come down a couple of times a year. We have stayed at this location before what a hidden gem. Never expected to have such a nice place. I would like to come and stay again and maybe have time to enjoy the amenities.

I reserved a room with a king size bed; upon checking in we were informed that the king rooms weren't cleaned so they were putting us in a queen/queen room....not what I wanted and reserved. Their idea of making it right was by giving on $10 credit for breakfast or dinner. We didn't eat either there so that didn't benefit us whatsoever. They also don't do daily housekeeping so keep your towels hung up! The television needs replacement; it had strange lights all over the screen. The room smelled musty. The vent in the bathroom was called in dust. The bathroom walls need cleaning. I don't think these are housekeeping issues; I think it's management not making sure the property is kept up. I love how the lobby smelled lovely but the room floors are musty. Move that scent upstairs! We unfortunately had a neighbor who talked LOUD on her phone all night so the walls are paper thin. It wasn't the worst experience but not the best either.

Clean room Did not come into our room to give fresh towels. Had to ask 3 times for towels and finally at 10 pm I took my used towels down to front desk and asked for fresh towels this was day 2 and had to stop at desk the rest of the 5 days there. The ice machine wasn’t working on the 3 rd floor so I went down to the 2nd floor no working ice machine and no working ice machine on 1st floor either. The pool was filthy
