Clean and comfy bed, nice bathroom, but the pillows were so hard, it was like sleeping on a paving slab. That would be my only complaint. It was super quiet, clean and very close to major areas of amusement.

The place was very clean rooms were cleaned and changed properly,plenty of restaurants and fast food if u prefer,and 5 minutes off the major highways..no cont.breakfast but always fresh muffins and fresh coffee 24 hrs a day.

Nice clean place.nice staff. Lots of places near by. Reasonable. Just a basic room. Microwave. No coffee maker in room. But plenty of coffee in lobby.

Great place to stay,convient to everything

The beds were awful we all woke up sore every day. The staff was not welcoming very rude!! other than the one gentleman that was there when we checked in. My daughter and her partner stopped over to see us one of the nights, just one. They stayed at the Seabrook inn so they had lots of swimming at there hotel but they came here to see us. For a half hr, we went to the pool noone was there it was a half hr before the pool closed, if there was guests in the pool we would have went to our room but it was just us. They saw them come in and they gave us an attitude for them coming and then later wouldnt give me anymore towels for our room to shower, where we had 3 people staying, all because they thought my other daughter was staying. They clearly saw them leave. And we got treated very poorly because they came to visit for a few. I get they dont want extra people coming and swimming but like I said we checked to see if any other guests were there and there was not one person, the pool was empty and again it was a half before they closed it at 930pm. Considering my daughter had 2 pools at there hotel they definitely did not need ours we were just spending time together because my pregnant daughter who was staying with us at this hotel couldnt do the ocean really or any outdoor pools so my other daughter who was staying at the seabrook just came to us. I would have understand if they would have just spoke to us about the pool if it was that serious for the 2 of them to join us at the pool but instead of talking with me about it we were accused of having more people staying with us than we said and we're treated badly after the fact for the remainder of our stay. And talking about us in a different language every time we walked by the front desk.

We were looking for an affordable place to stay overnight while celebrating my husband’s birthday. We were pleasantly surprised with how clean and comfortable the rooms were. The gentleman at check in was very helpful. We would definitely stay again!

I didn’t like that the chain on the door was barely hanging on. Useless.

Staff

Everything was clean, neat and refreshing compared to other hotels I have stayed at! Great spot to eat right next door called The Chop Shop! Thr staff was extremely friendly and nice! Loved having the balcony! AC worked extremely well! And absolutely LOVED the grandfather clock in the lobby, exactly like the one I have at home from my grandma! Will stay here again and recommend this hotel to others! Also only 8 minutes away from Hampton Beach! 10/10!

Definitely does not look anything like the pictures. I was not able to check if the pool was there. Room and hallways don’t smell good. A/C unit was right next to the bed in my face. Good thing it was only 1 night.

There was breakfast? I was not aware of that No elevator, indoor pool was not kept nice cpn

The first room that was given to us was terrible. It had bed bugs. We are all bit up. Having severe reactions to them. And the second room we were moved to also had them. They weren't very helpful nor really accommodating. Didn't offer any help. Had to go to urgent care due to this. Now I have to have everything in the room in plastic trash bags just in case they went in my luggage and other bags to make sure they don't get all in my car. This is absolutely ridiculous and disgusting. I spent almost $300 to have a terrible 2 night stay and get all bit up by bed bugs and had to spend part of my day off at urgent care due to this.
