I had a situation that was handled right away and very nicely. The room I got we needed to pull out sofa it was broke wouldn't pull out so they switched us in to another similar room and the sofa worked great! No hesitation very friendly staff! TV in first couldn't figure out remote and heat didn't work in 2nd room. It was cold if not under blankets .

There should be hooks in the bathroom to hang up clothing. Also, there was some damage to a wall in the room which I believe the hotel maintenance staff should repair.

Room was large with King size bed! However, I felt the carpet needed a good shampooing. The bed wasn’t comfortable, and the ac was either too cold, and if you shut that off, or turned it down, you were sweating buckets. Our room definitely needed to be updated! It felt like a 2000 throw back!

Check in and out was smooth and quick, located very close to highway, bathroom was clean. Room was on the lower level, felt dark and cave like. there were signs of water damage on the wall and ceiling. one of the sprinkler heads was missing its collar so you could see up into the ceiling.

It was an ok hotel. Ok breakfast. Nothing special. Chair to watch TV was low & hard to get out of. I think the carpet needs to be cleaned because my socks were black from walking around in the room.
