Clean and affordable Some of the rooms are in better shape than others.

The room was spacious and clean and the hotel was across the street from a good restaurant that was open late. Breakfast was a little skimpy. The cleaning crew knocked on our door one half an hour before checkout and again 15 minutes later which made me feel rushed.

ROACHES!! Left at 10:45 at night I was so grossed out!!! Didn’t even go tj desk for refund!!!!

The outside property seems clean. Rooms were tidy but not clean. The bathroom was sketchy. You get what you pay for. We just needed a place to sleep. I think they were understaffed as well. This is right off highway so it seems like a pit stop for working people to get off the road. If you are fancy and fussy find another place.

The room was clean & the bed was comfortable. The motel was in a great location with a nice restaurant across the street The parking lot where our room (#118) was is in rough shape with partial gravel around it. The sink filled up quickly & took awhile to drain. The coffee maker in the room didn't work

We stayed one night b/c we landed late in Boston and wanted a head start up the coast of Maine. We knew not to expect anything special for a 3 star motel/inn, but it served our purposes and was just fine for the night. Our room was clean, beds were comfortable, tv worked. Now yes, it could use some reno's to update decor and showers and the continental brkft is nothing to write home about so we got food elsewhere on our way out.

Rooms are a little old but clean. Bed was very very comfortable and the pillows were 1,000 out of 10. Great water pressure in the shower. Staff was extremely pleasant. Plenty of parking. VERY close to shopping and the beach.

Filthy conditions, lighting is very dim, bathroom vent made such horrific noise we chose not to shower as it was connect to the light. One vanity doors is unfinished plywood. Completely disgusting place to stay!

The room was clean. Ice machine was broken. Minimal offerings for breakfast. There was nothing specifically wrong with the room, there just wasn't a feeling that the staff cared about doing more than absolutely necessary.

The location is great. Price of the room was very reasonable. We could hear people talking in the middle of the night.

Did not eat any. Comfortable beds and staff was welcoming. We could not find the tv remote. We called and within 5 minutes the front desk person brought one down. We forgot our phone power cords in the room. The front desk person called us and told us and would hold them until we go back in a few days to get them. (No other hotel would ever call to tell the person ). Front desk clerk was very nice and welcoming. Showers were not warm enough water.
