Seabrook Inn

The room had a very musty odor to it, furniture was chipped and well worn, paint on walls was chipping. Bathroom sink backed up easily. I didn't dare check the pool or breakfast with the condition of the room. Air conditioning was ice cold and the staff was nice enough. But I wouldn't go back there.

Definitely clean and reasonably priced Room furnishings border on shabby .. lighting fixtures do not always work ..those that do are very low wattage.

Overall, a nice place to stay. Maintenance guy seemed put out to fix a small problem. Final charges were more than quoted when reservation confirmed. Would reserve any recommendations until billing fixed.

The room was cleanish, the staff was okay ac worked well.

There was nothing at this "Inn" that was good. The room smelt like death.. the rug and curtains smelt like death.. the shower was dirty.. COCKROACHES!!!!!!!!!! EVERYTHING WAS TERRIBLE!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

The property is pretty outdated. The rooms need a complete renovation. But was clean. Housekeeping never completed service the 3 days we stayed here. We mainly used the room for sleeping as we spent most of our time on the boardwalk.

There was a strange residue of some black tar substance in the sink, dirty footprints in the bathtub and mold surrounding the edges of the bathtub. The shower curtain rod was almost ripped out of the wall, and we had to be very gentle so it wouldn't fall down completely.

room was very dated. strong smell of smoke in a non smoking room. smoke may have been coming in through the air conditioning unit as there was a smoking station right outside my door. informed staff of concerns. told them I better not be billed for smoking in the room, because of the heavy smell of smoke that was in there and of my concerns where it came from. although they assurred me I would not be billed they did not seem to care about my inability to sleep in said room! I would not visit again, nor would i recommend this place to anyone else.
