Seabrook Inn

Nice spot off the highway in Seabrook close to shopping and beaches. Parking, check in a breeze. AC fine but not needed. Basic motel was comfortable and served its purpose.

Just disgusting all around

The facilities was old and could use a makeover. Overly priced for the type of the hotel night. Pluming was working slow.

I forget my iPhone original charger and called them twice but they denied founding it.I’m sure they took it.

We will definately be going back!

It was good for a quick stay. I wasn't there long enough to really, just enough to sleep and we were out early morning.

Il n’y a aucune femme de chambre qui est passée pendant les trois jours que nous étions là, la piscine était propre. Par contre avons eu des frais cachées soit 25 $ de plus par chambre lors du check in.

Toilet not totally secure to floor. Smelled weed from the neighbors. We had stayed here a few years back and been impressed. This time it was a significant down grade. Quite disappointing

Our stay was only for one night. We came back after being out around 12:00 am. Our Keys would not work, so the office gave me new keys and those did not work. The kid in office came down and tried to open the door but no luck. We waited for 40 mins outside temp was about 57 that night. The maintenance guy finally came he tried, and was having no luck then he opened another room for us to sit and wait in while he kept trying. The door was finally opened after an hour, but we had to move to another room. When we left the next morning they had already compensated us by adjusting our bill. Which I thought was very fair.

Very helpful staff

Staff was friendly and helpful. Playground was nice. Pool was nice. Breakfast room was nice One of the pools with the waterslide was closed. if it is not going to reopen, could be filled in and dismantled.

Large, nice swimming pool. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Rooms/bedding was a little outdated. But still very nice.

Clean room

Very happy with the property, the only issue we had was the curtains. they are in need of repair and do not close due to a tear at the top. Did not leave me feeling secure in a room at the top of the stairs that everyone walks by. Otherwise room was clean and comfortable

Not much Staff was not friendly, the bathroom fan was extremely loud, very little choices for breakfast, sloppy paint job in the room, stains in the tub.

I walked around and my bare feet after a shower to my bed to get clothes on and my feet were dirty I had to wash them again all rooms should be updated.

The hotel has a lot of potential. You can tell it was truly loved and cared for at one point, but has become a bit run down. Rooms definitely need updating.

A/c dont work properly and the room needs a lot of improvement and updating.beautiful kid play area but poorly maintained slides with somehow dangerous outcomes. Nice place with great potential but i think owners must invest in keeping things on good condition. This is how they would get more clients!

Comfortable, ac worked great, reasonable price. The male at the front desk was very kind and accommodating The slide pool did not work work the kids, they were very excited about that. I wish there was more options for breakfast and bigger coffee cups
