The Landing at Hampton Marina, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

If I were writing my review on the staff and room alone, I’d say it was good, nothing fancy. The problem was that at 1:30am the people in the room next to me were blasting music, screaming, saying inappropriate things and just being obnoxious. This continued until 4:30am and I’m pretty sure other guests knocked on their door and complained but the people didn’t care and because of this I will definitely not go back there.

Elevators are slow and dirty

The staff was great, the restaurant was a welcome benefit to a weary traveler, and the room was clean and comfortable. Expedia should note there is a $15 daily parking fee to use the hotel garage.

This was one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed. I was visiting Norfolk for a week but had to check out the day after arriving. The refrigerator still had food left behind by the previous guest, the bathroom was dirty, and the shower knob fell off when I tried to use it. The TV didn’t work, and the Wi-Fi connection was unreliable. Overall, the experience was horrible, and I would not recommend staying here.

The entire visit was amazing, bar with big screens for sports, breakfast was awesome. The was clean with great view and very comfortable 👌

Great location, property is in dire need of upgrades. They have napkins under tables to balance the legs, I can go on and on.

It's my go to hotel in Hampton, VA.

Food was great

This place is absolutely beautiful and well maintained. The ladies working the lounge in the evening were an absolute delight. I look forward to returning.

Pool is filled with cement and room pricing does not reflect it's permanent closure as well as the rest of the out door area which once were the only redeeming factor to the hotel soap dispensers of wall cracked titles everywhere no cold water poorly maintained and cleaned bathroom no working vent in bathroom sliding rail doors on bathroom as if an attempt to be trendy 15 yrs ago meaning you can not fill close the bathroom door nor lock it and a nice 8 inch gap that other guest can see through I have stayed many times some times under spouses name and had all the same complaints every time except years ago the pool area was so nice I could almost ignore the rest and still say well the pool view and cabanas almost make for it not it is not even

This hotel is in a great location. If you are fortunate to have a corner room, you are going to love the view. The hotel needs a lot of work from the carpet to the elevator, hallway etc.

Could not use the pool was not open.

Location was ideal. Air conditioner, too dark, noisy, beds not neat, noisy refrigerator, . Promised HVAC repair never happened.

The oddest thing about it was that the bathroom doors in the room were barn doors which meant there was no seal to the door and no privacy. A real design flaw.

Great location, friendly staff. Lack of attention to detail in cleaning and maintenance.
