The worst hotel I have ever been to! There was used condom, bug, spiders and, hair and what not

I would appreciate a cleaner room. The check in was via digital kiosk with someone being inkin online that limits how much help you can ask compared to in person. It said breakfast included but it was actually coffee only. Parking was good.

The location It was very dirty the rooms were very dirty there were people hanging outside in the parking lot that were not hotel guests and walking in and out the hotel I did not feel safe
-
Location No breakfast. They only had granola bars, coffee and tea. Water pressure was low in the room, for shower, toilet and sink. You couldn’t turn the water up at the bottom of the sink.

Good area Need to upgrade the hotel

The room is clean parking was hectic the staff members were okay to check in at night I had to talk to a machine and do it over in the machine but I guess that was okay for their safety I asked for bath towels before I left to go to my event and when I got back I still had no bath towels in my room I had to go down stairs and get them but for the price I guess I get what I got

First there was an issue taking the deposit, it took 20 minutes to check in. My employee stated he had to sleep in the because something was biting him he believed to be bed bugs.

This wasn't a Super 8 Motel. It was more like the "Homeless Express Inn & Disease Convention Center." The moment we opened the door, we were hit with a nauseating combination of body odor, stale cigarette smoke, mildew, and regret. The smell alone should have qualified as a health code violation. The room was absolutely disgusting. There were random hairs all over the bathroom, the towels looked like they had been used by the previous guests and simply folded back up, and the sheets were stained and questionable at best. I honestly debated sleeping in my car instead. Every surface felt dirty. The floors were filthy, the furniture looked like it had survived several decades without cleaning, and the entire place gave off the feeling that housekeeping had permanently clocked out years ago. I've seen cleaner gas station bathrooms and more welcoming abandoned buildings. Staying here felt less like renting a room and more like paying to participate in a biohazard experiment. Do yourself a favor: keep driving. Sleep in your car. Pitch a tent in a ditch. Literally anything would be cleaner and more comfortable than this place. Never. Ever. Again.

The drawers in our room were dirty. We had to get the manager to come to fix the TV in our room. There was no one at the desk during check out on 5/31 so I inserted my key card at a nearby machine.

The ac worked but needs desperate cleaning. There was a cig burn hole in the bed spread. The pillows were very flat. The cable box was leaning over the tv. The body wash, shampoo, conditioner, is broken. Although the room was booked for two people there wasn’t enough towels or wash clothes.

They were very nice and treated me very well. Nothing.

Property need remodeling. TV didn't work. Staff was very friendly
-
I seen roaches found hair on top blanket and it was dirty I was tired when I got in just didn't feel like going through the extra know not to book again
-
Blankets were paper thin, door swelled due to humidity so I had to shoulder it closed to ensure my room was secure, Floors were sticky, chairs were falling apart, with the pleather getting everywhere and the wood physically broken.
-
It had a roof Everything
-
absolutely disgusting dirty loud, dirty rude staff
-
I would not recommend this place to anyone. If this is your last choice, sleep in your car.
