The Room smelled, the breakfast was terrible. And saw a cockroach run across the floor

The breakfast wasn't all that great

We we only there for an overnight stay, but all went well. The breakfast was decent as well

The room was clean, floor just seem to be damp, moist and slippery. Not sure if it was just the 1st floor but noisy early morning with door slamming constantly. Hotel was convenient to the location which I was attending.

Room was dirty. Floor needed mopped as they were sticky and dirty. Counters under tv needed wiped off, something had been spilled and not wiped off. Trash left in closet. Couch in room needs deep cleaned. Need to add trash bags to trash cans. Carpet in hallway filthy. Just old and run down. Needs updated. Lobby was only thing decent. Staff was very friendly.

The breakfast staff need more help ,kept running out of food faulty equipment. Bath room shower door didnt stay closed safety issue no hot water staff say they couldn't move me to another room

Laundry facilities didn’t work. Room was very moist.

The breakfast was completely unorganized. For it to be such a big holiday weekend they were not well prepared at all. They ran out of food, one of the waffle makers barely worked and it just overall was not a good experience.

Amenities weren’t accessible that’s all.

I love the location and the price. The room was clean and the staff tried to make the experience nice. The breakfast needed to be better prepared. Staff was low and they was not properly set up for the holiday with everyone who stayed. A lot of guest went without continental breakfast due to low staff and not prepared for 4th of July . The manager and staff tired to help, but it was not 100 percent functional. The best part was the room! I will come again when in town.

The stay itself was good and quiet and the room was clean and bed was comfortable. I just hope the details are corrected before someone gets hurt. The price should reflect the quality of the product.

It was an okay stay. The hotel hallway and lobby was hot but the room was nice and cool. The staff was ok. The floor in the room had a pebble or two on it. The door to the bathroom did not close properly.

Family with teenager traveling for leisure is ok. Front Desk was helpful. Would recommend they invest in some deep carpet cleaning for the rooms, hallways, & elevators. Also would recommend they invest in some sofa bed stain cleaning. Other than that for a one night stay is ok.

The breakfast arrangement does NOT work for the number of guests on a holiday or weekend. Consists of only 1-cook no servers and 2 unattended small-sized cater-type warmers for eggs & meat. Once emptied, long lines waiting for refill of eggs/meat for 20-mins or more. Ended-up with no breakfast….drove over to Hilton Embassy Suites for breakfast.

Don’t waste your money the property is worn down smell like roach spray hallway are hot. The sheets are dirty had blood stains on them and bed bugs. The wash cloths and towels are nasty. The front desk people do not care just want to charge overprice for this.

Breakfast was kinda slow only because one person was working but other than that the place is amazing

Hotel rooms were old and smelly, breakfast staff member was very rude and unpleasant.

The property was in transition from Marriot. The phones did not work in half the rooms. The breakfast was almost non existent. They ran out of toilet paper. Had to request from another hotel. The ice machine did not work. Did not have enough towels and wash cloths in the room. They tried to over charge me $150 on my reservation. I had to fight to get correct price. You could see where they were still working on change over. Equipment was still in hallways.Tgey had no facial tissues in rooms. Toilet paper is not for blowing your nose or wiping your face. Half the time front desk person was missing. . Other guest tried for 15 minutes at a time to get help from desk that could call. They were not prepared at all for this transition. This is not what I paid for. I feel I am due some kind of refund for the non service I received.

Clean room, comfortable bed. Needs bath wash in shower, only had shampoo and conditioner

Customer service was great! Quickly greeted & was taken care of. My room was nice and clean. I will definitely stay again.
