Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Hampton Coliseum

The hotel was clean and my room was kept immaculate by housekeeping. There was a business center that I utilized. The only issue I had during my (12 day) stay was that I wanted to use the laundry but they do not provide any way to get change for the machines. I did not have a branch of my bank close so I had to go to a laundromat.

Great front desk staff. The facility is dated. Mattress in room 131 can be replaced, lot's of dips, and humps in it. Breakfast bar closes at 9am, understood; however, 8:40 to 8:55am food and hot & cold beverages were not replinished; kitchen staff barely assisted presenting an appearance of unwillingness as if they wanted to close promptly at 9am not having lefotover food nor extra work! Dissapointed in their customer service. The snack bar had very few items, nearly empty. An inexpensive place to stay for 1 night. Parking lot was under resurfacing. A good visit not a great nor excellent visist.

The front desk lady is great. The property is not cared for and is clearly not thoroughly cleaned.

The required a $100 deposit for the room which I indicate I never messed anything up nor did I smoke. I still not have received my deposit back.

The tv kept losing signal before the storm. I had no tv to watch on Sunday! Other than that it was amazing and look forward to staying again

Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms, and close to restaurants. 5 min walk to the Hampton Coliseum and great idea to walk/run. I will definitely return if I’m in the area again. 35-40 mins. from VA Beach

Everything was good.

The hotel smelled clean. Elevator was scary due to being older. Staff was wonderful. Sofa bed cushions had stains really bad like blood stains or something. But it was what we paid for as the price for one quick night was great

The facility is awaiting renovation.

Me and my family had a nice stay at this hotel. The men utilized the fitness room as well as all of us using the pool. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and quiet. Great location to food and entertainment. Will definitely stay again!!!

My room was so musty smelling. You can't open the sliding doors. Everything felt damp in the room, pillows, sheets, the towels never dried over night. I literally had to lean into the room door to open in. Pool was a little unpleasant looking. I stayed here a month last year and it was much better when it was owned by Marriott.

The bed was comfortable and room was spacious Juices should be served in individual containers, not open carafs. Temp of food should be monitored, eggs were cold.

Easy check-in. The room was nice sized. Opened to the pool area which was nice. Had separate seating area, well lit with ample seating. The shower head in the bathroom was amazing. Enjoyed the free breakfast. The grounds were lovely and located in a quiet area. It was also smoke free. The pool was relaxing. Everyone was having fun.

Everything was fine accept no microwave in the room. Amenities listed microwave and there was not one in the room.
