Good

I did not feel like a valued customer during my stay. Seemingly zero attention was paid to the needs that were voiced. It also felt less than ideal when there was no remedy to my room flooding during my stay.

The breakfast was excellent

Clean room Hallways and elevator smelled terrible of marijuana smoking. Need to better restrict and enforce marijuana smoking on the premise

The hotel was clean and my room was kept immaculate by housekeeping. There was a business center that I utilized. The only issue I had during my (12 day) stay was that I wanted to use the laundry but they do not provide any way to get change for the machines. I did not have a branch of my bank close so I had to go to a laundromat.

The Staff was very nice, the facility is very clean. The rooms are good.size.The beds are very comfortable. The pool looks nice. There is a nice outside area. Breakfast is not good. The eggs are a round shaped scramble, the sausages could definitely be better. I had to cut the bagel with my plastic knife so I can toast it. The shower had is difficulties, didn't want to drain and the switch from faucet to shower head was very flimsy and took a little bit to get it to work. The worst thing was the upstairs people, there were walking around all night, opening the balcony door, closing the balcony door, We had maybe 3 h of sleep.It was not the hotels or the staffs fault, I guess Im still upset about it.

The location was convenient The carpet in the halls stink so bed, smelled like smoke, pets, damp carpet

The hotel was nice seem to be doing some renovations . My room smelled like mildew and was slippery . Staff was very nice tho

DAY 2: We came back to the room and found no hand at all! But used the long towels as hand towels. The sad part about this whole situation is I gave the housekeeper a tip to take care of our room SMH

The location We had a hard time communicating with the housekeeping staff. There was trash left in the bathroom trash can. Returned that evening and no cleaning was done at all. No clean towels or anything. Could not access the WiFi connection. No access code given. There was a loud bussing sound coming from somewhere on the third floor and it was annoying. I will never stay there ever again.
