My room was so musty smelling. You can't open the sliding doors. Everything felt damp in the room, pillows, sheets, the towels never dried over night. I literally had to lean into the room door to open in. Pool was a little unpleasant looking. I stayed here a month last year and it was much better when it was owned by Marriott.

Easy check-in. The room was nice sized. Opened to the pool area which was nice. Had separate seating area, well lit with ample seating. The shower head in the bathroom was amazing. Enjoyed the free breakfast. The grounds were lovely and located in a quiet area. It was also smoke free. The pool was relaxing. Everyone was having fun.

nothing to write about the stay was not the best.
-
Gave us a room that had not been clean and the key originally didn’t work

Everything was good. Just wish the balcony doors opened on the first floor for easy access to my vehicle, instead of walking all the way around.

Check in was ok, I was there at 1:50pm asking for an early check in, I was charged a 15 dollar early check in fee! The hotel was clearly empty, that fee should have been waived! I entered my room, it was not cleaned properly and my room did not have a hair dryer!!

Room was spacious and very clean. Could use a little updating but bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was ok but was not replenished often. We enjoyed our stay.

Good experience

First off I called around 5pm to make sure they had my room. I get there at 8pm. My room isn’t cleaned and they needed me to wait until 9pm. Then I was told no WiFi. I have 4 kids and getting them to calm down that late at night is hard with out WiFi. Neither tv worked in the suite. The elevator didn’t work so we had to Cary everything up and down. While I was there another families room was dirty as well. Overall worst stay in a hotel ever. I will not be using hotels.com or country inn ever again
-
Worst place in the world. Check inn at 3pm and I got there at 11 pm and room still not ready. Waited 1 hrs for room then go to room and no towels or pillows. In room phones didn't work and pool lights didn't work. Spend over $400 for what? And lady at desk rude as can be. Never again.

elevators out for 2 days and room had a musty smell.
-
This was a subpar experience. Nothing felt clean.
-
This hotel was close to the place I was attending. The hotel fire alarm system malfunction 3 times during my stay and the elevator was out of service, thankfully I was on the second floor.
-
The place was under some construction. The breakfast was not good with shared condiments like one open tub of cream cheese.
-
So I guess you get what you pay for! The front desk attendant didn’t know the Elevator was down. Gave me directions to my third floor room then didn’t know the elevator was out of service. After hiking the stairs, they were running new light fixtures in the ceiling so there were plaster flakes on the ground, dust in the air and it activated my daughter’s asthma. The room looked clean but the floor was wet from an unknown source. After investigating I realized the refrigerator was unplugged and had thawed so the water was from the frost. The refrigerator had black mold in it also.

Whenever I’m in the area, I choose to always stay at this hotel. Staff is super friendly. Love the rooms. Quiet area. And also convenient location

The elevator was busted for half the stay, thr breakfast was bad, the general maintenance of repairs around the place was mediocre. Not worth $200 a night at all.

Would prefer more choices for the breakfast- hot food the rest was standard. My biggest complaint is that I couldn't close the bathroom door in our room because it was blocked by the toilet. If you sat on the beds you could see someone sitting on the toilet in the mirror hanging on the wall. That was inconvenient because of children and guests. The staff was very nice and helpful and we have absolutely no complaints about them. We also really enjoyed the pool.
