I loved the open environment. It was not cluttered. I didn’t like the access. It’s a lot of rooms and the way the hotel is setup you might have a long walk to your room; depending on where you’re placed.

When I arrived there was a line to check in and agents from another hotel that were there to assist with check in, there was supposed to be an incidental hold placed on my card and removed once I left however the amount was fully charged to my card (no damages to my room) and despite several calls to the hotel still has not been removed nor credited back

Shower door broken, smoke alarms taped all on floor 2, was clean but to a bare standard

We booked two rooms. The first of the two was not prepared at all so were reassigned to a third room that was possibly worse. The tiles and carpets were slippery. The furniture and sheets were moist and the room smelled like mold, but at least the beds were made. Towels had body hair and stains. Sheets had snot or some fluid that had crusted. The hallways smelled like pot in the morning. And there were still random piles of sheets and blankets on the floors in the hallway from the previous night. Breakfast was mediocre, if you could ignore the staff who had difficulties interacting politely with guests to provide plates and utensils when requested. Do NOT drink the water from the dispenser. After enjoying half a cup of chilled water, my wife noticed there were visible clumps of slime mold or visible bacteria colonies that almost made her vomit. I could go on about the condition of our the property but will stop here.

Refrigerator did not work. Patio door was broke and air conditioner was leaking. The staff was very helpful and apologize for these maintenance problems. Breakfast was good. We will probably not stay again.

The staff My room was hella dirty unacceptable for my kids traveling late night they switched my room several times and none of them were clean until the front desk lady with that silver hair came and personally found me a clean room

Staff was amazing! So nice and friendly! Breakfast was great, good selection!

Check in was a snap. I got a call after my trip, because the property thought we may have accidentally left something ehind. We had not, but the concern amd effort was appreciated.

I booked this hotel and when I got there, they told me the hotel was over booked and that I need to call Expedia for a refund.

Alot of the television channels didn't work. The breakfast selection was ok. It would be nice if there were selections for vegan eaters
