Excellent! 👍

Out dated. Not sound proof. The free breakfast isn't breakfast, it's coffee and pre packaged muffins. There were a man and woman arguing all night, the staff didn't do anything about it. It's not worth how cheap it is, move in to something a tad more expensive.

I liked the assistant general manager I believe her name is tyreka she was always pleasant and willing to be flexible if necessary. She focused on delivering customer service and she did just that when she was there so because of her I would come back the general manager I believe her name is Bianca is the exact opposite she appears to be standoffish demonstrates biased to customers and instead of probing and getting to the root cause of an issue she immediately passes judgment and makes emotional decisions as a leader I was not interested with her ability to deliver Superior customer service make tough decisions and course correct as necessary when obstacles arise the total opposite of her assistant manager. I didn't like that the GM lacks soft skills when handling a possibly irate or dissatisfied customer. That she subjectively makes decisions and is inconsistent when enforcing policy rules and regulations.

Nothing like the pictures at all. Room was dirty and smelled.
-
I had a problem with the TV and they step in and resolve the issue and moved me to a different room!
-
The AC smelled like a dead animal was inside it when the heat was on.
-
The refrigerator worked great but had rust on the front of it. It wasn’t bad for the price!

Location Our stay was 9/4-9/6. The first red flag I picked up on, was after arriving to the checkout counter I was asked if I wanted to check out my room first before she placed us in the particular room she was offering. I have never had that happen in the years of traveling. We declined thinking we had nothing to worry about. Upon entering the room, the counter had masking tape on the sides to fix a piece that was apparently not fixable. The bathroom had no plug for the bathtub, didn’t notice that till the last minute-so used wash cloth to stuff the drain so I could take my bath first night, When plugging my phone in that night behind the nightstand, I took notice to a pile of crumbs which appeared to look like pop tart pieces, Our room was a kitchen set up with a fridge a 2 burner stove, microwave and a sink. We had no dishes, no pots/pans, no silverware, no soap, no paper towels. That was a waste of money to spend on a room that has NOTHING available in the room to use. We had 3 pillows for our bed, not 4-thank goodness I brought my own for extra. NOW…..THE WORST PART OF OUR STAY CONTINUES!! On the evening of 9/5 I was getting ready for a dinner out with my bf. We were getting ready and I was standing at the mirror in front of the bed putting on my makeup. I thought I had seen what i thought was a stink bug. NOPE!!! It had landed in the ground and when I got closer and picked it up with the wash cloth I had near, it was discovered to be a BABY COCKROACH! I Immediately called the front desk to tell them what had found. They had told me to come down to the front desk. I had the washcloth in my hand with the roach inside. When I had arrived at the desk, they stated, We don’t need to see it-we believe you! Apparently they mentioned they have had issues before with them. Now it ALL makes sense why they had asked us if we had wanted to check my room out first!!! I told them that I had wanted my money back for both nights I had reserved to stay there.

Filthy! They need to start again
-
Had to go through two room and both room beds was dirty and the young lady in the front was trying to help me by giving me another room but the bed was dirty and had hair and dirty on it
-
The staff was great. The room was just ok. It looks like when the place was new it was really nice. If you were looking for a hot breakfast you'd be out of luck. Oatmeal was the best option or a muffin. Will definitely go someplace else next time.

The hotel was filthy! To have paid that much for holes in the carpet in the hallways, ETC! VERY VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!
-
Terrible room, smelled like weed the moment I walked in. Broken glass in the picture frame, used beddings, dirty countertops, and super noisy guests. Lady at the front desk was kind but even she gave me a heads up that if the linens were dirty, I have to be the one to bring them down then change them. Worst hotel I have ever stayed at.
