Amazing soooooo great

Staff was friendly, nice pool and great location. A little outdated, could use some major updates and a deep cleaning.

The fact that we had some food that we was going to eat when we came back from an outing but housekeeping threw it away with out asking for what we don't now.

I had no complaints. The guy at the front dest, was great, friendly, excellent customer service. The Breakfast. 24 hr coffee, lemon water a plus. Free parking. The room was clean. Bed very comfortable. Refrigerator and microwave. I'll definitely return, next time I'm in the area.

Unfortunately they lost power in the lobby but not in the rooms.

My experience was a pleasant surprise. The staff was respectful and engaging, more than just friendly. The hotel had the basics, simply what I needed, a reasonably priced room, near the convention center.

Called front desk was told by Crystal that the sheets were changed (NOT). Front desk said they don’t have anyone to come change the sheets but if I wanted to come downstairs and get a set of sheets & make up the bed myself, for which I did. There also was someone’s pubic hair on the mattress cover. I removed it and sprayed Lysol on the bed and around the room. Call it the “Worst Western”. I would not recommend it at $292.00 for an overnight stay thumbs down all around.

Everything was excellent the only problem was the tv it kept freezing.

Everything was clean, the staff was extremely helpful. The fridge did leak a bit, but the manager fixed it soon after.

you could tell they were making improvements to the property so for that I applaud them. we had an issue with the A/C when we got there but they corrected that immediately so that was a huge plus on 100 degree days. the breakfast was better than some I have had so that was ok, but coffee machine wasn't the best. overall, for the price it was ok. it was mid-priced for the area so it is what it is but there is no place like home! The bathroom was listed as handicap accessible. I was on a knee scooter for non-weight bearing, I got around ok but the shower was the issue. they had a transfer chair which I greatly appreciated but I had to try to stand because the shower head was not removable and the water pressure was horrible and I felt I couldn't get all the soap off and felt very unsafe standing on 1 leg to try to let the water go down.
