I want to rate booking.com because Expedia told my cousin that this place was permanently closed but even after I reached out to your company 2 wks ago, you still insisted that it was open! Only for me to get down there and have to find another place! Your company's thoroughness

Had to leave due to location was sold still no refund of 4 days that I couldn't stay No notice of property being sold. No refund of 4 days I paid for but couldn't stay because of sale

Nice staff The hotel closed and made everyone leave without notice at 11am. Said the hotel was purchased by the city and everyone had to vacate that day. It was a great stay up until that point.

Location The bathroom was not cleaned properly and had hair everywhere. There were roaches and grasshoppers in the room. No freezer and the refrigerator was not cold enough. One of the pillow cases was dirty.

There was no breakfast The linens were dirty.The towels and the wash clothes had spots and stains.The room smelled like cigarette smoke.The pillow smelt like smoke.The bathroom door was chipping paint and the bathroom was dirty.The tub was dirty

Water pressure was low, but other than that. No complaints.

Location Room was nasty my sheets was nasty I had blood spots on it. Tub was nasty & clogged up from somebody last stay. No refund no type of complementary nothing

Location The bathroom sink was clogged, the shower not cleaned and the floor was dorty. Blanket had a cigarette burn on it.

Nothing Smells like urine near second floor elevator, stained bed linens, roaches in the room, and then property needs maintenance upgrades!!!

Characters hanging around hotel hanging out in parking lot. Didn't feel safe going and coming. Air condition working barley, strageling to keep room cool.

Tight parking, big trucks all over the place, they put everyone on 1 side with no breathing space...

Microwave and fridge Shower was hot and had good pressure. No coffee maker in room Weed smoking close to my room

Close to where my brother was in a Reh center Rooms , floor dirty, too much noise outside, police outside all night. Parking light on all night, no dark shades in the room. Police there every nite, shady place?
