This second room we went too was not very clean

The staff was helpful everything was convenient accessible

Microwave was dirty.Rooms weren’t worth the money I paid because of the cleanliness .Male staff member at the desk was very rude and disrespectful.I won’t be coming back here.

The shower was not cleaned and was not offered room service on a 3 night stay. The staff didn’t even inform me of the check out time, if WiFi was available, amenities, or point me in the direction of my room. All locations are not the same but probably will not stay at this location again.

I had to change rooms because it was smoke filled. The room they changed me to wasn't any better. It had a warped sitting chair and the floors were dirty. I didn't stay the 2nd nite.

The room was disgusting and hot. the remote did not work. bathroom was disgusting, the only thing they look like they did in the room was make the bed and even that was gritty

They had roaches so I didn't stay

I would give zero stars if I could. I was initially given a dirty room, and the staff seemed completely unconcerned. They moved me to another room, only for me to find that the sheets were dirty as well. At that point, I didn’t feel comfortable staying, so I left and booked a room elsewhere. It was a complete waste of money and a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend staying here.

I didn’t like nothing about the property I was booking the rooms. The blanket had stains on it. It didn’t look clean.It had a real bad odor & I checked out ASAP

I did not like the amenities there were none also people hanging out at night around the hotel that did not have a room. Soliciting.

The room was pretty dirty

The sheets are dirty I it’s black mold in the bathroom old food in the microwave and mold in the refrigerator I can send you pictures

Discovered roaches in the bathroom the next morning. The exterior was not appealing. Elevator was trashed and smelled like urine. Other occupants/ loiterers were in hallways shouting profanity.

It was close to the coliseum The bed wasn’t comfortable the room itself wasn’t clean walked on the floor didn’t look like it had been cleaned in weeks

Outside smells bad. Noisy neighbors middle of the night. Loiters outside during the day. You get what you pay for. Won’t be back here again

Great stay besides yapping dogs across the hall

Sheets were not clean, itched all night, shower was not clean, spoke to front desk and he informed me that the room would be clean while I was out. I came back and room was not touched and I went back to front desk and he informed me the staff had left for the day. I informed him that I was very upset. He said he was sorry but the issue was not resolved.
