The view and location The water pressure of the shower, the time frame of breakfast, my room had stains on the sofa furniture and carpet and the door to the room was messed up like some one tried to break in before and they never fixed it.

Room was very clean and breakfast was good.

The Hyatt in Hampton is definitely not like the one in Richmond, breakfast was awful and the elevator did not work at one point they put glow sticks in the elevator that were fading out so you were riding in a dark elevator. Would not recommend as much as we paid. 8/20-8/22/26 visit

I am now loyal to this location when in the Hampton area! The hotel and room were impeccably clean. The staff are so kind, professional and friendly. The hot breakfast was amazing. All of this for a very reasonable rate. I have no reason to search elsewhere and look forward to coming back in Sept.
