We had to wait an hour after arriving for our room to be ready, which was very inconvenient, but after that I would say our stay was adequate. The staff were all very nice.

Pull out couch mattress Bed mattress Need replacing

The staff was amazing. There were two staff members in particular who went the extra mile to ensure my family enjoyed their stay, but I am at a loss with their names. It was the night shift male employee on July 3 and woman morning shift July 4th and 5th. I want to give them a special thank you for taking care of us.

I really enjoyed my stay. I come to the Hyatt frequently and I’m always pleased.

The person that was over top of me I assume on floor four all they was doing all night long, but just stomping, stomping stomping, and I could not sleep. I didn’t complain because I know they didn’t have any rooms left because they had a tournament going on, but other than that, if the person upstairs wasn’t stomping, stomping, stomping all night long my mistake could have been excellent, but other than that, I could give my stay good right now

King suites should have a microwave instead of having to ask for it.

Staff and location are phenomenal.
