the immediate customer service. I didn't like the fact that my room wasn't cleaned properly prior to my arrival. The sheets were dirty.there was hair everywhere that didn't belong to me.

The property was really close to the place to go. There was an IHOP down over next The only negative is a so close to the airport you hear all the planes coming in and coming out we just turned onto the fan of the AC and it kind of help but sometimes you just can’t hear the sounds of the plane now

Overhead desk light and light above coffee machine did not work Housekeeping challenges - Insufficient towels upon arrival. No one checked room on 4th day. Dirty towels were not removed and no new towels were provided. Sheets were never changed - 4 night/5 day stay Rewards Membership number was not on account after it was provided Went down for breakfast on second day and there was no food. After that, did not attempt to partake of breakfast. Challenges with locating where to pick up shuttle at airport. More information on website may reduce airport frustrations. Could hear ice machine even though we weren’t that close.

Everyone that we encountered was very please and the rooms were very clean and nice. The shock of being told a 100 dollar hold would be out.on my card and 10 dollars for parking. Ive never been charged parking at a hotel before.
