Best Western Plus Atlanta Airport-East

I thought, "it's just a few hours. I just need a bed to get some sleep on a 12 hour layover in Atlanta." For a little more, I could have stayed at the Marriott or the Renaissance or the Hilton. But I thought, "it's only a few hours. why spend that money?" So, because I was too cheap, I stayed at a hotel with extremely limited shuttle service, dirty, noisy rooms with bad air conditioning, meh staff, and the smell of pot throughout. If that's your thing, then stay at the Best western plus (I honestly can't imagine a Best western minus).

Staff was incredibly kind! Our room was very clean and breakfast was excellent! Would stay again.

Everything was good except the vending machines didn’t take money to get a drink late at night.

I found this to be a very good value for the Atlanta airport area. Also those eggs, sausage and all the waffle you can eat breakfast or excellent. I could not have been happier with the stay! Even the pool was great.

Tish the front receptionist was very kind and friendly and helpful I look forward to returning 😊 she switched our room when our Television didn't work.

The breakfast was really bad, it's the only thing that needs improvement (basically there was nothing to eat, no eggs, no toast, the coffee was awful). The only thing they did right was closing it at 9am when all the guests were waiting over 40 minutes for something to be put out for breakfast. My rating for this is 0 stars.

The clean is really good and the staff are available to help. There’s an opportunity to improve the breakfast (lack of milk and good coffee, the quality is bad).
