just stay for one night to take flight next morning . just nice and confortable. no noise .... 5 mn just to aiport . highly recomendable

The start was friendly and Desmond did his best to help. He was courteous and professional. My issue was with the times I called and no one would pick up. I called over 10 times. Then when I got there, I found a roach in my room. Unfortunately there were no other rooms for me to switch. In the morning after my shower, I found a spider. That was the straw that broke the camels back. 1 bug is a coincidence, two is lack of cleanliness.

There’s no breakfast but the air conditioning is great

We were assigned Room 430. There were a few issues during our stay. I had to troubleshoot the TV myself to get it working. The room was stocked with only two towels and two washcloths, even though our reservation was for four guests. There was also a wasp nest on the balcony, which made it unusable. When we went to the pool, there were no pool towels available. I asked the front desk, and the staff member promptly provided six towels, which I appreciated. The pool itself was very nice and enjoyable. After returning to the room, we realized that only the air conditioner in the living room was working, while the bedroom unit was not cooling. I reported this to the front desk. Since it was a holiday weekend with limited staff, I understand they may not have been able to address everything immediately. Overall, the customer service was excellent, and the staff was courteous and helpful. While some concerns were resolved quickly, others remained during our stay. With a little more attention to room maintenance and housekeeping, this hotel could provide an even better guest experience.

Very nice for a weekend away from home

Floors were a bit dirty. There was a party at the pool until 9 pm with a massive speaker playing music children shouldn’t hear so that really is what’s driving this review. The staff was really nice but the party was in poor taste even if it was the 4th of July. The staff being so nice are what gave this 3 stars. Without them it’d be less.

The shower is slow to drain very slow

Hotel was out of regular coffee in the rooms and only had decaf. The on-site restaurant was closed so there was no food to eat and the snacks in the marketplace were extremely limited. Mgmt dropped the ball in ordering supplies. The gal at check in was the only person on staff and had to take all the complaints about coffee and food. She was extremely nice and professional but could tell she was frustrated. Unfair for her to deal with that. Mgmt needs to do better.

The hotel was nice and clean and smelled wonderful. The power went out for a few hours and it got really hot. Wasn’t offered anything. I was a little upset because nobody mentioned to tell me that breakfast is only available on the weekends but they were quick to tell me about the $12 parking fee and $100 daily deposit fee. The staff are nice and the pool hours are from 9am to 6pm which was the first I’ve ever heard of and I only found out when I asked nobody mentioned the pools hours. I would come back though the pillows are soooo soft and plush and the beds are comfy. I’ll just make sure it’s on the weekend so I can enjoy breakfast

Great stay.

Room was clean however they charge 12.00 per night for parking. They do not serve breakfast because their restaurant is closed now. You need to update that on your website.
