Sonesta Select Atlanta Airport North

Superb

I absolutely love the customer service from the front desk and the others as well. But Starting with checking in on Friday night the front desk set an expectation that was hard to beat! The person who was supposed to work on Saturday in the kitchen/coffee area didn't arrive. Which added extra responsibilities for the front desk to provide great service checking in customs and making coffee for the morning customers coming down for breakfast. Also the plumbing may need to be looked at we had problems with our toilet.

Very clean room nothing

Staff was friendly and accommodating. My bed was lumpy

Exceptional

Convenient location No problems

Cleanliness Na

Very good

Very poor

Not friendly accused/charged me for smoking in my room when I don’t even smoke

The staff here was so friendly and welcoming! I enjoyed my stay!

The sheets were not laundered well or were not changed after the last guest. No smoking was not enforced, even after being brought to the attention of staff. Pot smoking was prevalent throughout the building. Very basic accommodation, expect very little.

The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was pleasant and helpful. Most of all the hotel was quiet. Although I was there on a business trip and booked the wrong Sonesta Hotel. My stay was quite pleasant

The suite was not up to part the cleaning was not done correctly

Everything, location and price everything was good

Bad

Staff

I will definitely stay there again!

The room was clean and the staff were helpful and attentive. The location was very convenient for us.

My stay was uneventful. Everything was very good. Very helpful and friendly staff. My room was clean and comfortable. But I did experience something very different and surprising to me. I had to pay $12 to park on the hotel property. It I’m sure this fee will be picked up by most hotels, if not already, in the near future.
