It was great

Staff was not very friendly. Snack to purchase was very low. Dust and cob webs on the sheets near head board. Tile in bathroom was dirty. Patch job in bathtub was shoddy. Someone had taken the art off the wall in bathroom and wall near tv was missing with globs of sticky stuff on the walls. Room was no the first floor which I don’t like but person at front desk said we prefer out pet guests on 1st floor. So my feeling is that the pet rooms are the ones that have not been taken care of. Would not recommend!

Very clean, great for my short stay

Great hotel.. but they still charge you to park on their property even though you are a customer staying there... I don't agree with that at all..

Lication Romm was cleaned.

Customer Service at the front desk when I arrived really made me feel like I made a mistake to book a room at the hotel. The rude attitude of the front desk clerk who checked me in was totally unacceptable and unnecessary. I said Hi and I was greeted by just pure bad attitude. I sat and answered her questions, showed my id and cards, and observed her demeanor towards me for no reason other than she just appeared pissed off with life. Sigh.

The room was clean. The common area (hallways, elevator and snack machine room) needs updating with clean carpet fresh paint and flooring.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. I was quickly given a new room when the first one was musty Stained linen. No hot water. Musty odor.

The design of the suite we had I had a very small balcony…standing room only
