Front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. Room was perfect and very spacious. All was wonderful.

The main thing we liked during our stay was the breakfast and the pool. The staff (mostly the night front desk) were not helpful or understanding. When booking I booked 2 rooms. One for myself and the other for my sister. I called ahead to verify my booking, at first the receptionist could not find my second room. Later it was found to be a misunderstanding. I requested multiple times to have connecting rooms. Staff stated they would do their best to provide connecting rooms and if not we would be close to each other. None of that happened. When I got to the hotel the night receptionist was nonchalant and careless. I asked if our rooms were connected and she told me no and that I needed to request for that, which I told her I had multiple times. When my sister arrived after me she inquired the same and the receptionist was rude with her telling her that it wasn't requested and that there was nothing she could do. My sister was on the 6th floor while I was on the 3rd. This made things difficult and inconvenient with the key card activated elevator. The other major issue I had was the main door to our room would not shut properly. You had to force the door open and closed (highly unsafe). Multiple doors in our room were like this and the bathroom door by the pool was even worse and some other doors to facilitieswere the same. I don't know what the deal was with this hotel and the doors.

This is a super nice place with better than believable beds. So nice. Lobby is really nice for the price. The breakfast area was beautiful but that was the coldest worst breakfast I have had at a hotel. Everything else was top notch.

Location was closed by to the airport and the free shuttle service was excellent The toilet in the room was blocked We booked a two room suite for me, my wife and our son. Unfortunately the sofa bed was not made up on arrival but other than that it was good

From the moment we walked in, we knew that this hotel was going to be an excellent experience. Very clean, friendly staff, easy check in, and our room was perfect. The bed was super comfortable and we had everything we needed for our stay. Breakfast was top-notch. We will stay here again.
