Great place to stay. Even though the hotel is currently undergoing renovations, everything was open and breakfast is still being served. We really didn’t hear any noise. Our room was spacious and quiet. It is a safe area with lots of restaurants and retail stores. We would definitely stay here again.

Staff was very nice & considerate. Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast. Room was nice except they were doing renovations on the 2nd floor, so I was woken up by hammers banging. I am sure once the renovations are done, it will be peaceful & quiet. Otherwise, very nice property to stay at in New Orleans & NOT have to pay for parking!!

However, the bathtub looked dingy and dirty. The arms on the couch need special attention. A soft close latch or bumper on the cabinet housing the mini-refrigerator to prevent slamming.

Hampton Inn & Suites New Orleans/Elmwood was a fantastic place to stay. The location is excellent, with plenty of shopping and restaurants just minutes away. The complimentary hot breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options to choose from each morning. My room was cozy, clean, and very comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. The check-in process was quick, smooth, and hassle-free. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. It was smaller than I expected and was located right next to the parking lot, which made it feel less private and relaxing. Aside from that, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the New Orleans/Elmwood area.
