Hampton Inn & Suites New Orleans-Elmwood/Clearview Pkway, LA

Good

We're on the road 3-4 months a year & this is the best Hampton Inn ever. Even with the lobby undergoing updates, everything was clean organized, & catered towards the guest. Imagine friendly caring hospitality from a hotel. Bonus: guest have access to Ochsner Fitness Center, easy .04 mile walk or drive. State of the art everything swimming pools, hot tubs, & workout classes. Highly recommend

Went to see my Raiders bring home a win, so it was a great trip to New Orleans!

The room was clean. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was good.

Staff is so friendly and amazing Kara and Alicia are amazing they are so sweet and so welcoming and have great personalities, I truly enjoyed talking with them and staying at their lovely hotel. Breakfast was good as well and great location. Everything was great

Superb

Exceptional

We were welcomed with a friendly greeting from Kara, she was very kind, checked us in early, gave us a room close to the door for easy access with our dog. The room was very clean, all the staff was friendly. The parking lot was well lit at night, they kept the grass short for the dogs with poop stations and bags. Breakfast was good and well attended to. Shandrell texted multiple times to make sure oir stay was going well, as we were there 4 days. The location is spot on, a couple minutes to walmart, restaurants across the street, with plenty of shopping, easy access to the interstate. Everything was super. Management ran a tight ship. Already got my reservations in for my next surgery. Everything was fine.

Beautiful place to stay would stay again

The Breakfast I didn't like that the TV didn't hv an option of downloading specific apps. Tv's need more app options.

I had an excellent stay at this Hampton Inn. The room was spotless and very well-maintained, which is my top priority when traveling. The staff at the front desk were incredibly welcoming and efficient during check-in. I also really enjoyed the breakfast—there was a great variety of hot and cold options. The location in Elmwood is super convenient for getting around the New Orleans area. Highly recommend!

Hotel is perfectly tucked away, yet still near main roads. The staff was great and the entire place seemed very well kept.

Immaculate! Very clean! Updated building. The beds were not very comfortable. My husband and I both found the beds to be too firm. A mattress topper would really help. Also the pillows were all the same, they felt to be down, but our heads sunk into them even with 3 and 4 pillows we did not have good neck support and both had stiff necks in the morning.

Clean property with really nice rooms.

Very good

Clean room and hotel

Easy property to get to and stay at!

Room/ beds very comfortable with exception of pillows. I’ve learned to bring my own. Room could use more lighting. Temperature was easy to control. Very clean. Good breakfast options. Staff friendly.
