The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, and the hotel was consistently clean and well-maintained throughout my stay. As someone who travels frequently for work, this is my go-to choice whenever it’s available. I truly cannot find anything to complain about. As a frequent business traveler, this has become my go-to hotel whenever it is available.

The facility was clean, you can tell that it had been renovated but there were some minor areas that can be improved. Breakfast was nice and the staff was superb.

Very accommodating friendly staff. Daughter love the pool and warm cookies

It was really good. I recommend.

I loved my stay at this hotel! One of the best hotel experiences I've had. The staff are super friendly and welcoming, the hotel looked and smelled clean, and the amenities are plentiful. Just to name a few of the things I loved: the laundry room has access to washers and dryers for free, the hotel provides fresh baked chocolate chip cookies daily, there are 2 grills outside available for use, the pool was perfect temperature (not too hot, not too cold), and the suite I had was packed with everything (full fridge, microwave, dishwasher, stovetop, even dishes). The hotel will even grocery shop for you, you just provide the list.

The staff were so friendly and helpful and the manager was a standout- he said multiple times to let him know if we needed anything. The suite was clean and the location was quiet. It also doesn't hurt that the outlet mall is an easy walk across the street. I'm definitely planning on staying here next time I'm in town.

Great clean room, staff was very friendly. Pool was a welcome oasis. Perfect for an extended stay.

The room had trash under the couch and someone’s hair on the couch. But the worst thing was that there was a baby gecko in the bathroom. I wanted to get a different room but was told we couldn’t and that the geckos were all over. If it wasn’t as late as it was and we were able to get our money back, we would have gone somewhere else. And I didn’t want to lose $200 for walking out. We stayed there a couple of months ago, and it was perfect. So we had high hopes it would be the same this time.

I would highly recommend this property very clean, the staff is very accommodating and amenities are all well kept.

This property starts with very helpful, friendly and courteous staff. The Residence Inn is clean and well maintained. The free breakfast offers choices and the evening and night time snacks are a treat! I highly recommend!

Will stay here again!
