The room was very spacious and the front desk clerk was very nice.

I loved this place! It was nice and quiet. A great safe area. Everything was nice from the staff to the room and location! The premises was well maintained and a good breakfast is included. It took no time to get to the freeway! I also loved all the amenities in the room! Great price for a great Hotel! I’ll look forward to staying here again when I return to New Orleans!

There were different entry options with key card access only, the staff was nice, decent value for the price and the location was ideal. Not all of the elevators worked and the sink in my bathroom took hours to drain. The iron also had something burnt on the surface. The cooked breakfast options were not very good, but there were other prepackaged options at least.

I have visited this location before and stayed in the same exact room this time that I did the first time. This time when we arrived the hotel halls were hot and humid to the point that if you stayed in the hall you might faint. The last time the main elevator was broken this time it was working but the elevator near our suite was broken. You had to choose to take the stairs to the third floor with all of your stuff or walk the hall from the main elevator in the heat all the way to the other side of the hotel, We used the stairs. Then we got to the room the fridge was hot the microwave was rotating place was missing the rotator, there was dirty tissue on the bathroom floor and only three towels and this was a two bedroom suite with a pull out in the living room. We asked for extra towels and was told we would have to come to get them. The second day we woke up sick seems like the ac vent may have been dirty. Then I walked to the window and was met by several spiders. We asked them to take the trash and dirty towels but No one did and we were told again if we wanted towels we needed to come get them. The next day we asked for cleaning this time we found the house keeper and asked her as well and she came a d took the towels and trash but did nothing else. The last night there was an issue with the toilet we were told we could come get a plunger because there was no maintenance. I was beside myself I have never done so much work at a hotel that I paid to stay at!

Everything Everything was great

The rooms were very spacious, and it felt like being at home; we had everything we needed and more! The area around us was quiet, and breakfast was delicious! Staff was amazing! Parking was easy breezy.

The air conditioning was broken or off in most of the building. The pool was dirty. And the "sofa bed" is absolutely unbearable to sleep in.

This property is misrepresented, needs renovation. Rooms smelled must and sofa felt damp. Would not recommend.

Checked in and checked right back out. The hotel is runned down. It smelled musty and moldy. I requested a refund and still awaiting a response.

The coffee pot does not work well. A regular coffee pot would be nice. The refrigerator door could be facing outward. Please and thank you.

Clean room however fridge was smelly. Breakfast was lacking in food towards the end of the timeframe. Swimming pool great. Easy to get to the hotel too.

The property was well-maintained and clean.

Staff were friendly and liked it is pet friendly. the 2 bedroom suites rooms we booked are a good size for a family of 5-6. We thought the sofa in the living room though was a pull out bed but it was not. the kitchen fridge kept our food cold. The 2 bedroom suite rooms only had 1 bathroom. wished it had 2 bathrooms .

The room had a musty smell and there was trash left over from pevious occupants, water bottles, pocket trash. the beds were made but if felt like a lesser brand hotel. did not expect this from a marriot chain. I would not stay here again. I almost left the property.

Love the staff and having a kitchenette.
