Loved the setup and room but ac was leaking and told front desk we didnt get m9ved to a different t room and all they did was put a fan to dry the floor.

The staff were great and very helpful, the room was clean, bed comfortable, had elevators. Had a little kictchen area which I thought was amazing, if I were going to stay a longer peroid of time. There was just 2 of us and it was just right. Close to eating places. The continenal breakfast was good also. Ralph was amazing , thank you for a good stay and plan to stay here whenever were in town. thank you *****

Hotel is dated and my TV didn't work the whole time I was there. Property seems like a hangout spot.

The staff remembered me. That made me feel welcome. Yes I will be back.

Bathroom sink drains slowly. Room had slight mildew smell. Not all bad. The bed was comfy. Staff was nice and engaging.

It was a convenient location. It’s a tired facility but the staff was on point and it was generally clean.

Spacious room with everything you need for your temporary stay (stove, refrigerator, laundry room and microwave) that are helpful. Also, offered a free breakfast buffet.

Direct TV was out and we were unable to watch college football in any room except on a laptop that we had. Also, our room was the farthest in the hotel and the elevator was not working. Tried to get a luggage cart and none could be found for an hour.

being able to adjust room temperature. full fridge & kitchenette breakfast area need a bit fixing up. adjustments to food. eggs soggy and bacon not fully cooked or crispy.

Good location Where to begin that’s the greater question because the staff was absolutely rude upon checking in. After checking in, none of our check-in request were honored. We were given a handicapped access accessible room, which none of us were handicapped ,so if there was a handicapped guest checking in, they would not have the accommodations for them because we were placed in that room in the middle of the hallway, which we asked for a room either by the elevator or the stairs. The room was filthy. We had to clean it ourselves. There was mold in the room. The smoke detectors were off of the wall. The only thing that we can say good about the room was that the bed sheet seemed clean. We were in town for a funeral and the staff called me multiple times during the funeral unfortunately because of my pets which is understood but imagine your phone ringing constantly during a time of mourning. The only polite encounter that we had was with the p.m. attendant on our second day after our air conditioner stopped working. The young lady at the Front Desk was very kind and she immediately sent engineering up to repair the AC unit in the room, unfortunately I did not get her name, but that was the only kind person she and the engineer. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay and we stay here often not to mention that my card was charged twice one for $260 and another for $340. I was advised that the amount will be refunded back to my car, but I have to pay twice was quite inconvenient as well.
