Nothing at all and this property should be close down Everything about the stay was bad. From the minute we step in to check in until we check out. We were promised to have a non smoking room with the front desk but the minute we opened the room it was hot and smelled smoke all over the room. There were cracks on the walls and bathroom sink. There was even a splatter of what I thought was blood. The most horrible experience was the parking. My and husband and I had an event and we needed to stay for the night to sleep because tts nearby but upon coming home we were greeted with guys smoking marijuana outside. We couldn’t have any parking at all because there was no designated parking and the whole place did not have any. We had to knock on the staff sleeping on the couch in the front desk and told us to park on the adjacent building. We had to decide to park there for the time being because there was no parking at all. My husband had to wake 6 am just to find a parking inside the facility. We feel so unsafe and disgust!

The bathroom was decently clean It was remarkably terrible.. old dry blood stains in the mattress showing thru white sheets with holes, from what seemed like cigarette burns, and also on the comforter. Old blood stains splatter on the inside on the bathroom door. I opened a clothing drawer and could not believe it. It had an eaten up hole thru it, with dirty tissue paper, and other trash. There was different peoples hairs on the pillows, mattress, bathroom floor. Ripped window curtain covers, filthy walls .. they had what must have been the oldest almost see thru towels I have ever experienced. Ripped window screen in the bathroom (like it’s was basically flapping)… why did I stay? Where else would I be able to find a hotel at that time in LA, and I was exhausted.. I put the towels on the bed, and sloped fully clothed. The area was deplorable. The image on the booking app was completely misleading.

n/a everything , roaches in the shower ,dirty floors , not the picture

The towels were dirty and the rooms were a little grimy. There are interesting guests (to say it respectfully…). Strip club right next door, so nothing glamorous (but it at least got us close enough to where we needed to be for a decent price, and we had three queen beds). The man at the desk was rather nonchalant about the situation with our door and said his invisible boss would need to check the security camera (but was apparently too busy to do so).

Continues to not disappoint when it comes to an enjoyable stay No complaints

Nothing. Pictures on the site doesn’t look what’s in real time Roaches, filthy refrigerator, filthy microwave, holes in walls, missing tv box, next to strip club, poor customer service, no breakfast, false advertising, filthy floors, stains on sheets, smoking stains inside non smoking room, homeless parked and living at location, no ice machine, no vending machines, not suitable for children, Bottom line, stay away from this location. Booking should be ashamed of themselves to allow property on their website.

The price was good. The location was good. The staff were not rude but they were not friendly, nor welcoming. The room "smelled" clean, but there was broken mirror on the floor along with visible particles (not sure if it was crumbs or dirt), the bed was not smoothly made- it almost looked like someone just made it real quick. There were also particles on the bed. I did go to the front office to tell the young man about the bed, saying I hope the linens had been changed, & about the floor- asking if someone could vacuum the room. He called housekeeping. When the lady knocked, I greeted her with a smile & showed her the room. She never said anything, she just walked in with broom, swept, then mopped. As she walked out, I thanked her & she just kept walking. I was a little concerned as there were people hangout in their cars in the parking lot, but it was quiet, & I slept well. It was conveniently located.

The guy at the check in desk was exceptional. I hope he finds a better job. Practically everything. The room was dirty. The walls had lots of marks and some dents in it. The shower was moldy. They truly need to do a deep cleaning and painting. But I don’t expect that will happen, as the guests seem to be somewhat low rent as well. I don't know what I was most bothered by, the roach slinking through my door upon entrance or the creepy guy in the room below mine, glaring and grunting half naked at the door as I checked in.

The only good thing about this place was that i was able to find parking. check in was at 2pm, we arrived at 3:30pm and our room was still not available. Said it still hasnt been cleared out, we waited for over an hour and i went back and still wasnt available. i needed to head out for my event at 5 so clerk gave me a one bedroom in the meantime to get ready, mind you there were 4 of us. before we left at 5, they gave us our two bedroom room and it was so disgusting. first of all I asked for a smoke free room and the room smelled so much like smoke. there were stains on the floor and the restroom was disgusting. full of black mold around the crevices of the bathroom and it was all just disgusting. never stay here!!
