No fault of the hotel but guest above me loud and I could hear the sounds of people gatherings outside my window late at night.

Mini kitchen Entry and exit to the road and guest was smoking

We enjoyed our weekend stay. Check in was quick and easy. Parking on the property was a little small, but was gated and felt safe. Only downfall was lack of shower amenities such as blow dryer, shampoo, conditioner so just heads up to bring that. Other than that, we were satisfied

Wonderful staff, great location, clean and comfortable rooms.

It isn’t in the best area but it is definitely worth it if you need somewhere to stay for a while. Very clean for being in Harbor City, very secure, and has everything you need to feel comfortable and at home I didn’t like the surrounding area it isn’t walkable but it’s affordable so that is expected. There were some nights where other tenants were loud but it was quickly taken care of even if management isn’t on property.

This is my second time here and I feel very comfortable That the tv doesn't have ESPN and Disney+ to watch the soccer games.

The room was clean except for the bed. Also liked the larger refrigerator. The bedsheets were filthy looking. The pillowcases were stained yellow on both sides. Also the sheet you sleep on top of was stained with black spots and I found hair on it. I don't think it was cleaned from the people b4 us. The sheets also were pilled really badly. I could feel the pills digging into my skin as I layed on it. These sheets were so old they should have been made into cleaning rags along time ago. I wanted to complain to them that night but my husband didn't want me to. I let them know about it the next morning when we checked out. The woman apologized but that was all that was done. I've stayed in some really old motels before and never had sheets this bad ever. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Very nice and clean. Such a comfortable stay. No keys for rooms so the doors have codes , no hassle of loosing or replacing anything ! Very quiet no complaints at all. Nothing. A little pricy then other motels but I think it’s totally worth it ?

The young gentleman at checking was incredibly accommodating and kind, over and above standard customer service. He helped us park our large RV safely and quickly got our 5 reserved room checked in and open to us. The rooms were clean and appear freshly renovated. The added night time security gate made us feel very comfortable on a busy road. The location has road noise but this is obviously nothing the hotelccan change.

I thought the design was endearing, the decoration inside was clean and the light up mirror reminded me of home. I liked the television, furniture, bed setup: fengshui. For some reason, I felt a little uncomfortable that the location was by a busy street, the traffic was a bit noisy during the night and the walls felt thin. I used noise cancelling earbuds, which helped, I could also just be more paranoid than the anxious person, and this was the first time I stayed at this hotel.

Staff was sooo nice and sweet rooms are clean

Location was ok I arrived late. The pillow case exposed the actual pillow which was stained and yellow. To be able to sleep I had to DoorDash a sheet set and replacement pillow.

The property was clean and comfortable. A hairdryer can be provided upon request, and cooking utensils and dishes are available if you’d like to cook. The location is convenient if you have a car; otherwise, it may be less ideal. The shower pressure was also good. Nothing
