Breakfast cant be eaten in your room u must eat in office ridiculous

Room clean most staff were helpful except for one guy but was nothing too serious the one thing I will say I absolutely didn't like about the stay was the breakfast situation.....so u have to stay in there to eat the breakfast....I'm sorry but I stayed for a little more than 1wk and I feel like u should b given the option I have bad social anxiety so I dont want to b around ppl like that in general let alone eat with strangers and ppl watching me also couldnt get wifi to work…..

The hotel was exactly what we expected for the price and location and really have no complaints about it. Here's where it gets good. They took a $100 deposit and said they were refunding it on checkout day. A week later and I never got my Visa credit from them. I called the hotel and they said it was refunded and I have to take it up with my bank. Visa has no record of it and said to talk to the hotel. Another call to Quality got me a promise that the manager would call me back. After no callback, I again called them only to be given a run around about it being issued but "let me look into it". Again, nothing. AND, I was told that the manager was not in. I called Visa to complain and while on hold, guess who calls me? The manager!! Bottom line....Visa issued me a refund and filed a dispute with them and are not paying them the initial $100. HORRIBLE customer service!!!

We stayed here for one night. The room was a standard room for this level of motel. We got put into a room next to the reception area, so it was very noisy during the night with people checking-in late and/or talking with the overnight receptionist. So, we didn't get a good night's sleep. Maybe being in another part of the hotel would be different. There is a free breakfast in the morning that has enough to get the day started. If you choose to stay here, be sure to get a room away from reception.

There was zero shampoo and conditioner in the shower but the containers were there so they are not being refilled. The ceiling on the third floor had leak cracks and water damaged not fixed or recent. The breakfast at 8:30 had no eggs or whatever else was supposed to be served. And 1 person running the breakfast and front desk. The beds were super soft and sheets soft. That was a 5 star. Since we were only there to sleep I gave 4 stars however the rest was disappointing.

The location, personnel and cleanliness Jacuzzi could be better in appearance and area better decorated…

The rooms are really clean,the beds are really comfortable and every day there’s breakfast the lady in the front desk is wonderful .

My stay was mixed. I appreciated the complimentary American breakfast, which was a nice addition and a convenient way to start the day. However, the room could use some improvements. I noticed ants and mosquitoes inside the room, which affected my overall comfort. The furniture also appears dated and would benefit from being updated. With better pest control and refreshed furnishings, the place could provide a much more enjoyable experience for guests.

The swimming pool also appeared to have inspection issues, which raised concerns about cleanliness and safety. Overall, the property did not meet basic standards of hygiene and maintenance. I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made.

Yes. The elevator was in very rough shape. The bathroom: water pressure was barely existent, grab bar in the shower made it almost impossible to shower, fan in the bathroom was strangely very very loud, I could go on.

There were small spiders in the bed, ants in the bathroom. The shower/tub had a ball of hair in it. There were no hand towels and the bath towels were so terribly thin.

Then I start to smell the ant spray which did not got air out and still smell very strong in the room. I have problem with asthma and started to feel difficult breathing. Call the front desk and was told that hotel is fully booked and cannot accommodate us with another room. I told the front desk staff l can’t stay in the room due to that chemical smell. I contacted Expedia and informed them problem. I found another hotel room and immediately check out Quality Inn. The staff told me the hotel will refund me the room charge. Still waiting for the refund. Also the door lock is broken couldn’t lock the door completely has to use the latch to secure the door. I have never seen a hotel room like that. Was unsafe and they don’t care about their customers safety.
