Royal Inn

It was surrounded by lots of eateries and stores close by to walk too. It was dirty and had broken window sheers. The bed was a bit uncomfortable to lay on. The remotes were dirty as well. The walls were not well maintained. It needs an upkeep and upgrade.

The only thing that was good was they had a fridge and microwave and a tv. No hot water, they definitely have a hot water leak under the foundation. Stained sheets, beds are very hard. Burns on the blanket. Staff wasn’t helpful or caring to having no hot water. We only had 1 towel for a 2 bed room and 4 people, which we couldn’t use cause we had no hot water.

The room look superficially clean. Came home with lots of bed bug bites. Also showed up and they made me pay cash because they said their CC machines weren't working. Stay away from this place.

RUDEST PEOPLE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED AT ANY MOTEL BED BUGS!!! 100% I found them on my brand new back pack and I have over 100 bites ALL OVER MY BODY FROM HEAD TOO TOE !!!!

There was no breakfast. We stayed there because it was close to the friends we were going to visit. Place was creepy and run down. Signs at the office advising no drug use allowed, no visitors allowed, no refunds, etc. Gave away that it was apparently in a bad neighborhood. The office was like Fort Knox, encased in plexiglass with only a slot to pass your credit card and drivers license to the attendant. Not even possible to pass a role of toilet paper. Had to go to another door where it was passed to me thought a small opening in a security door. There only appeared to be one other room occupied. No other cars in the lot. Guy hanging out in the parking lot. We wouldn't have stayed there had we known more, but the Trip Advisor was favorable.

Pleasant

Efficient, friendly staff, good price for a large room. Enjoyed the option of the blue lighting, very romantic. Able to park our vehicle right in front of our door. All in all, delightful.

Passable

Staff was very friendly, and supplied good service. The bed was very large and very comfy. There was a microwave and fridge in the room which was useful and the motel was in a seemingly good location. It was also next to a really great brewery too. Nothing, as expected.

Just as expected. Great Brewery with great live music right next door. The water pressure and height was to low in the shower.

The staff was friendly. Efficient and unobtrusive with the exception of one morning when one of the office people made an unannounced trip to our room to access a storage closet. Maybe a later checkout, although the staff was nice about getting us out at 10 am
