Great stay!

Found out there was no elevator as we're checking in. Mentioned my husband was barely walking. We did end up on the ground floor near the pet area which was appreciated. Paid $30 for dog, but charged $50 so calling to clarify. Room was quiet and clean. Upgrade from Motel 6. Bed comfortable.

Stayed for one night. Spacious room. Wasn’t too loud. Would stay again.

The location was great for our family for a 2-nights stay. There was a pool and hot tub that we didn’t utilize, so I have nothing to say about that. Our bathroom’s showerhead fell off when we were trying to adjust the head. Immediately called the front desk and they couldn’t have someone come out to fix it that evening. Our family of four desperately needed a shower. Luckily enough, they moved us to a suite that evening. I gave them a 5 for accommodating us because we would not take no for not being able to shower.

The location The mattresses need to be replaced because they either sink in the middle or they lean heavily to the front and your feet are up

Shower had very weak water pressure and my biggest complaint was they advertise free WIFI yet the WiFi was non existent. Didn’t work. I called their IT and they couldn’t help. It’s just very weak WiFi so they shouldn’t advertise it as an asset since there really wasn’t any. Had to go outside the room to make phone calls. I seriously doubt I’d stay here again.

The property is well maintained and the staff is both super pleasant and super professional - even the late night staff. Bravo! I will readily stay here again.

The address was close to the botanical gardens that we were visiting. So dingy and dirty. There was wadded up tissue stuffed in the peephole and small red dots on the floor by the sink area. Blood?? So gross

Needs breakfast

The room was nice. Toilet wasn’t flushing properly. No maintenance on staff first night (no biggie) they gave a plunger in meantime. Next day was hoping they would fix it and no came back from our concert once again they say no maintenance guy

Me and my wife have stayed here for 3 weeks. The rooms are nice and spacious and clean. There’s plenty of parking. They have a washer and dryer which has been a great convenience for us. I cannot say enough about the staff here. From the front desk to room service to the handyman/maintenance they are all extremely nice, helpful and great at their job. They go above and beyond. A special appreciation to Marlene at the front desk and Maritza in house keeping. These two ladies are exceptional! Not to take away from any other staff member once again they’ve all been great but on personal interaction these two deserve special recognition in my opinion per my stay here. It’s a great hotel.
