The aesthetics we're nice. The room was very small. It did not have a closet or refrigerator, and the rain shower head was leaking.

Location was great for what I needed! n/a

The bellhop when we arrived was the nicest person we met all week. Not always acknowledged by the concierge when arriving or leaving.

Low price Location

Location and price Nothing

As we had long transit flight. For breakfast more sitting area is required. With more breakfast menu options
-
The hotel was clean. Rooms are tiny, no desk in the room even though it's shown in the pictures, staff has no interest, homeless people on the outdoor space, almost no food options, construction side instead of pool view and pool was closed.

Great value for money, clean and new facilities, nice amenities, and very kind, helpful, and friendly staff. The gym should be bigger and better equipped.

Good location. Spacious room Refrigerator didn’t work and nobody came to fix it despite multiple complaints

The rooms and facilities were impeccably clean. The service was fantastic. The location was great as you can catch the express trains downtowns Very quick walk to the subway. This hotel is a gem. We went to the Bronx for a Yankees game, downtown, Pier 17 and Central Park, and we could access everything within a few minutes using the local and express trains. Also walking distance to the Apollo Theatre. We never had to take a cab during our 4 day stay. Using the express train it was 3 stops/18 minutes to Penn station. So easy and convenient. There were some property features that weren’t open, like the pool. The staff, rooms, and accessibility to different parts of the city more than made up for it though.

Location, cleanliness Too expensive for my budget.

Nice and modern Found it very strange there was no cups or glasses or any cutlery there was provision for it and when i asked they said it was for safety reasons

The hotel was new and beautiful. Our room was very nice. Floor to ceiling windows, a nice table and chairs, enough space to move about and nicely decorated. The bed was firm and extremely comfortable. The price was very good which is why we choose the location. When I say "very good" I mean as compared to other NYC hotels. They are ALL WAY too pricey, but for the same price we paid here, we got a brand new hotel, friendly staff and a good amount of space. Several train lines are nearby so that made it easy to get to midtown and other areas in NYC. All of the staff were very friendly and seemed interested in making sure we were happy. There were two strange things about our room (#711). The sink is placed outside of the bathroom. It's on the wall between the doorway to the bathroom and entrance to the bedroom. Because of this, there is absolutely NO counterspace to lay anything down when getting ready, there is no privacy about getting ready, even though there is a lighted mirror above the sink, it's very dim so hard to see when putting on make-up etc. (even with all the room lights turned on), and water tends to splash onto the floor (marble) which is basically in the middle of the room - weird and kind of dangerous. The bathroom was spacious, so I'm unclear about this placement choice. Secondly, although the sink had amazing water pressure, the shower had basically none. I like good water pressure, but I'm not fanatical. However, this was notably very low. Which was weird because the sink pressure was so high.

Modern and well put together room. Location

Location Miss information the restaurant was not open and the pool was not done but on this site it stated both was open this is false advertisement very disappointing
-
Bed was uncomfortable and pillows too big and puffy. Half the breakfast items were not available at 9am!

The room was spacious, bed was very comfortable, water pressure in the shower was very high. I appreciated the gym, public working space and bar. The neighborhood is clean and feels safe. There are numerous restaurants and good coffee shops nearby. Very pleasant experience and I would definitely come back if I was staying in the area again. Personally, it was everything I could ask from a hotel experience. As always, it would be nice if it cost less but I don't know if a price that would've made me happy is reasonable for a hotel at this location.

The staff was so pleasant and helpful. The rooms were clean. Perfect stay tucked in Harlem.

Nice meeting room space Convenient location – just a 4-minute walk from the 125th Street subway station, and the express train gets you to central Manhattan in about 20 minutes The rooms were small, but the main issue was the lack of storage space – there was no closet or anywhere to hang clothes. There weren’t even any hangers (and even if there were, it’s hard to imagine where you would use them).
