Beautiful hotel, quiet street, room perfect layout for us, so clean inside and out, comfy beds and pillows, great shower, cosy vibe. Staff all really helpful, good team who made us feel welcome from the start. Bar, patio and breakfast areas have plenty places to sit with cool background music. Location was really good and area felt very safe for walking, or catching subway nearby.

Beautiful new property that is close to Columbia University at a much more reasonable price than places I usually stay in Upper West side The immediate area isn't a place I'd hang out in, but the reasonable price, quiet street and proximity to Columbia more than make up for that.

The hotel is impeccable in style, cleanliness, and service. The lounge areas are laid out well to offer private spots to work, or read, or socialize. We will stay here next time we are in the city.

Great location near 125th Subway Station. Handout of local establishments was helpful. The shower pressure and temperature was excellent. Staff at front desk were very professional and helpful.

Great stay!

It’s clean and close to our activities Although we checked in early, our rooms were not ready until way past check in time. Front desk associate said waiting on house keeping and the manager who was there when we checked in did nothing to expedite or help. We received access to one of our rooms and waited a few hrs past check in for our second room. We were exhausted and needed to rest and get ready for dinner with our child’s coaching staff and team mates. I went back down to the front desk and asked a second associate if we can just have a room that was ready? And they said yes and I presume moved our reservation into a room that was ready. I’d say it was due to lack of communication and experience of front desk associates that created this unpleasant experience.

La piscina estaba en reparación y en realidad es necesaria. Me parece debe sembrar árboles alrededor de las piscinas para no tener a todos los edificios de alrededor viendo a huéspedes usar la piscina.

Very clean room, and the area perfect , in walking distance of surrounding places

I explained that the person she referenced was not me. The only similarity was that we shared the same first name, but we have different last names. The situation went back and forth until the manager arrived. On top of the billing and check-in issues, the door keys were also wrong, which added even more inconvenience and frustration to an already stressful experience. Overall, the entire process was unpleasant and stressful, and I would not recommend this hotel based on what happened to me. If you’re considering staying here, I strongly suggest confirming charges, names used at check-in, and your keys before leaving the front desk.

I only have good things to say about this beautiful hotel. The staff are amazing, and the location is unbeatable. You’re right in the middle of everything, and the area feels very safe. Thank you to the entire team for a wonderful stay.

Loved the hotel design however the staff was unprofessional during check in. We were promised check in at 1pm and when trying to check in at 3 pm the room we were told the was unavailable for an indefinite amount of time and to check back every 30 mins. We were able to check in 5 but the staff was very rude through this process.

I would recommend this hotel highly everything was amazing. It is truly close to everything.

Well-sized clean and cozy room, great location

2nd floor area was then closed off for a private event which was another loss. I could barely squeeze around the bed to get to the other side of the room. Ridiculous. No water was provided the first night. Had to hunt down staff to clean my room at 5pm because I needed to change for a 5:30 event. Asked 3 times for them to do my room starting at 8:30am. Location was good for my stay, but so so overpriced for what was provided. Reception staff were lively, but check out clerk was mundane. Here’s your bill. I don’t think I would recommend this hotel but other Hilton hotels I stayed in years back were superior. Very disappointed.
