Just a location I didn’t like the fact that I had to go downstairs and request for my room to be clean when there was nothing hanging on my door indicating that I did not want it to be clean then I had to sit and wait for it to be clean, I’m not happy about that. Also, the price that I pay for a room with the pool view was too tiny. I’m 5 ft 8 inches 1/2 and I had to regret something bigger so I could fit on the bed.

The property was clean, fun and modern. It had a great aesthetic. It was easy to park in the garage under it. The lounge spaces were lovely. It was reasonably priced. For visiting Columbia University it suited our needs. It was a 20-minute walk to the campus. The pictures advertised a beautiful outdoor pool. Its pool was not operational. Take down those pictures; it is false advertising. Also, the king bed made the room pretty cramped. It is to be expected in the city

I guess it’s closes to Columbia Housekeeping is non existent . When they will come at all , they will ask one to get out the room and go away . In entire hotel , no staff smiles or greets you

Staff was friendly, the bed was comfortable Location isn’t great, it’s a bit dated.

The entire staff was lovely - Michael the front desk manager in particular. He made sure that I had everything I needed during my stay - was very professional and kind, traveling alone that is much appreciated! The lovely lady Umi tending bar in the lobby area was also truly a sweetheart!

The room was really small, like couldn’t walk around the bed small.. and none of the amenities are actually open currently. No pool, no hot tub, no restaurant. The staff that was there was nice and understanding. It’s not fully open yet and shouldn’t advertise as such.

Staff was very helpful and gave great recommendations for late night food

Not v far from Columbia They cancelled reservation at zero notice on first day for both rooms , housekeeper jazmine never cleaned my room properly on some days didn’t clean at all !!, on last day they failed to upload my one luggage in car, most shockingly no one responds to phone number attached as main number of property on internet as I called over 10 times to find my missing luggage . Swim pool doesn’t work , can’t book rooms for continuous nights , had to keep booking separately and every time keys to be changed and they will block new deposit on my card. Absolute mess.

I made a last minute trip to NY to help family - I know the city well and went to Columbia up in Harlem so I love the area. This was a new gem of a hotel in such a convenient location. You can get to the 1, 2, 3 or the B, C, E easily and it's relatively safe. The hotel was quiet and the rooms were dark which is great for sleeping. The pool wasn't open but I wasn't there for relaxing in the hotel. The outdoor area was great (but they should definitely have bug spray because the mosquitos were on FIRE) and the staff were very friendly. 10/10 would stay again.

I liked how clean and comfortable the rooms were I didn’t like how small the rooms were a little hard for 2 people to move around.

Nice, clean, new building near the blue and red line subway stops, including the express A train which gets you to downtown very fast. The staff was responsive to our requests. Pleasant lobby bar. The pool was closed. The lounge was closed for construction. There was a loud person in the gym practicing some kind of social media video recording despite the signage to be quiet in the gym, and a hotel staff member who came in did not ask them to be quieter. The mattresses were a bit too firm.

Didn't fill up the bath soap, which we didn't notice until we were taking a shower the very next day then found out too late. Also, no ironing board in room. We called the front desk, was told that housekeeping will bring one over but never did.

Absolutely loved everything about the hotel, wish the pool or the jacuzzi was open but no sweat. Would definitely book again!!!

It’s close to Columbia university , fairly new property Housekeeping won’t change sheets , if requested politely next day they will change sheets but won’t clean bathrooms . Front desk has unsmiling , unhelpful and sometimes downright rude staff

It’s a new property Terrible housekeeping who don’t clean everyday , messed up front desk , noisy weird empty fridge in each room, AC almost doesn’t work

Location was excellent, we were there for a Columbia Graduation right down the street.
