Exceptional

The rooms weren’t cleaned daily, and the bar felt like a nightclub. While the hotel is Marriott-branded, the atmosphere doesn’t reflect that. It’s better to spend a bit more and find a better option.

They didn't clean the room on any of the three days I was there, even though I had specifically requested it. There were no clean towels, and the A/C didn't work on the first day. The only advantages of the place were the reasonable nightly rate and its proximity to Columbus University.

The room was very spacious for a NYC hotel, close to major subway stations and very modern and clean.

Very charming & easy to access local transit.

Very comfortable bed. Warm greeting at check-in.

Stay was grat the front desk attendant Leylani and engineer Adrian were great providing assistance when my bag zipper needed to be fixed. Would stay here again

That it had valet parking and a bar on site. It also had a small snack bar and close to restaurants and other businesses. I disliked that I requested to be a part of a wedding room block and told it was sold out. Only to go to the hotel and discover that it wasn’t. They also stated the hotel was sold out only to go to the hotel and it wasn’t. The cleanliness of my room was not to Marriott standards. The lock kept falling off of the door and the bathroom had mold in the shower. The carpet was dirty and when I requested housekeeping they left me towels and didn’t make the bed or. Las. The room. It was a strange Marriott experience to say the least.

The hotel was great! The rooms and halls were well maintained and clean, the room was sufficiently large and comfortable, the shower was modern. I appreciated the 24h tea and coffee station in the lobby. The gym was open 24/7 and well stocked and the parking across the street was a huge bonus

The shower was dirty and the door was rickety. The air conditioner was 67 degrees and couldn’t be changed. The tv wouldn’t turn off, it stayed lit up all night. There was no ice machine on the entire floor. The room was large especially for NY.

Great location AC is loud hardly goes off even when placed in auto. Other than that would stay again.

In a great location to get out and walk to enjoy many different amenities.

Clean facility modern and clean Laundry room dryer wasn’t connected so wasted money trying to dry and the washer was terribly loud

Avoid this hotel. The location and the service are not good. Very noisy environment. The air conditioning is either too strong or too weak. Pillows are not comfortable. My room was out of Shampoo when I checked in and I have to tell the staff a few times before they find someone to refill it.
