Beautiful boutique hotel. Very well maintained. Room was clean and comfortable

We had a great stay, and the bar and restaurant were fabulous.

Great place in the middle of it all!
-
Great ambience, kindness everywhere.
-
Close to public transportation. Some of the staff were excellent, kind, and professional, while others were rude, incompetent, and unprofessional.
-
Great Customer Service.

This hotel is not a 4 star hotel. If I could use 0 stars I would. The people working here are not helpful and offer terrible customer service. It’s as if they are paying u to stay here. There are no amenities. The rooms are dated, dirty and smelly. Housekeeping does minimal to get the room done and leaves cleaning supplies there while doing it. The front desk staff are too busy mingling with patrons from the lounge over the weekends with drinks in hand rather than actually helping customers out that wait in line.

Good to keep it

In the heart of Harlem! Beautiful hotel. Delicious foods. Great bar staff. Dissapointed there was not a outdoor/rooftop terrace. Will stay there again.

Ive stayed here for the past two years flying back and forth from Chicago to New York. Best stay, clean rooms, and incomparable vibes.

The shower has mold so the caulk needs to be removed and new caulk installed. The shower tile was moldy and old and black and nothing could get it cleaned. I stayed for 2 weeks for my daughter’s summer dance intensive and bought effective cleaners and it still didn’t remove any mold or dirt. The room for two beds were tiny and you have to rent a fridge. There is no microwave and they charge a resort fee which they turn into $25 vouchers for you to eat at their restaurant. The food is mid and the chef need to be changed out. The other renaissance hotels I have stayed in never charges fees, has a fridge so do better!!

The air conditioning was too loud to sleep. Had to turn it off at night. Everything worked in the room. Beds were comfortable. Couldn't figure out how to turn off the under bed lights. No switch. Had to mess with the cord. $25/day room credit pretty much paid for breakfast.

Great trip

The location is very accessible by public transportation from the airport. It is also in an extremely walkable neighborhood. I did not use any other transportation than MTA. The hotel room had beautiful views and nice cultural infused decor. The staff in the hotel, bar, and restaurant were professional and prompt. All attitudes were friendly and respectful. I highly recommend the hotel.
