Small rooms

This hotel’s location is very accessible, and the views are beautiful. However, some of the staff front desk and restaurant staff were not particularly kind, aloof and came across as a bit pushy. I also did not appreciate the mandatory gratuity, especially given that some of the food was mediocre and came cold.

This hotel is very good. The location is great . The sècurity garde Mr Kendy is exceptionnel I will return to this hotel next time. I recommand it to everyone visiting New York

THis is always my first choice when I come to NY for Business or pleasure

The hotel has a lovely view, but... at check-in, the staff member tried to pull a fast one by giving us small breakfast vouchers, even though I had paid the full rate including breakfast—which turned out to be the exact same thing every day for a week! It was unbelievable; I ate the same eggs and bacon for seven days with no other options. Also, I had received an email mentioning some included extras, but that same guy at check-in pretended to know nothing about it. The room was a decent size, but it was absurd that there wasn't even a door between the bathroom and the sleeping area—just a curtain separating the two. There was no mini-fridge or anything similar. On the plus side, the neighborhood was "distinctive" and just 200 meters from the metro, and the building's doorman was always very friendly. I wouldn't stay there again.

Hotel was awesome! Clean rooms and fresh made bed everyday we were there. Restaurant on a Saturday had the craziest lobster Mac and cheese, HUGE prices of lobster…friendly wait staff and helpful in the morning with coffee. View was worth the money…the convenient store next door is like stepping back into the late 90s. Cup of ice for sale, snacks from the world, plantain chips…nice reminders there’s a world out there. Parking was also convenient. My husband and I had great time. Also dispensary right across the hotel and Kevin Murphy products in the room with old school water pressure I wanted to wash my hair every night.

Staff, location, decor, and food were all great. The room itself was a bit shabby, and not super clean when I checked in (hairs found on linens and in bathroom area).

AMAZING

Location was great with transport links. The bed was comfortable and a good sized room. The windows don't block out noise - so was really hard to get a good nights sleep. But you couldn't share this as the bathroom was totally open.
