There was no shampoo in rooms or for sale in the lobby.

Room was ok however there was no shampoo/conditioner or soap thank God i always have my own. Also at the time of checkout no one was there rang bell called out but no one in site. There was no courtesy coffee. I had to come back at 11 am to get my receipt and still no one was there. I walked around and finally found someone who could help but when I was telling him what happen in the morning, he just said I can take care of you now.

Staff was nice. Pool was nice but there was a lot of bugs in there.

Unfortunately, they don't have the most comfortable mattresses and the pillows were uncomfortable. However, the staff/management was very friendly and tried to be accommodating. He brought new pillows to our room right away which I was very grateful for. I appreciated how accommodating he was and made my stay there a bit more comfortable. Additionally, he brought up a new shower curtain and replaced it immediately when I mentioned it had mold at the bottom.

Rented the room to use the pool.

Be careful staying there had bed bugs me and my grandson got bitten up real bad checked out 2 days early because of it had to find a other hotel

Room and hotel were clean. staff well, they were nice but check out was at 11am and by 9 am they kept opening our door to see if we were gone. 😡 another issue was trying to check out an outfit they didn’t have any mirrors in the room only the restroom and they were not long enough to be able to see the whole outfit. Other than that all was fine. I just won’t go through it again.

Location Breakfast was coffee only. Got an email the day before that they were following covid protocol and there MAY be restrictions to amenities. So no food. I feel that is a money grab and lazy. The bed and pillows were hard and lumpy. The ac unit was very loud. The sink and toilet water pressure were very good but the shower was the worst I have ever seen.

The staff was nice and I was able to check in early. I wish they had a mini fridge in the room.

Really great place to rest The only bad inconvenience it's the pool it's kind small and easy gets full of people

Temperature in every room.

It was convenient for my visit in Harlingen The bed was so hard the first night I slept sitting on the chair in the room. Another thing the toilet was so low it looked like it was meant for kids

Pet Friendly, however never recieved any cleaning services entire stay. Rooms were quiet

I like how everything was updated. The room was very clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable… I would say the one thing that I disliked was that they didn’t have any fresh coffee whatsoever, and I feel that it’s such an inexpensive gesture. Your customers would really appreciate to wake up to fresh brewed coffee downstairs with some cream and sugar and it wouldn’t cost the company very much money at all.
