Residence Inn Harlingen

The breakfast area was clean and there was plenty of food selection.

Breakfast buffet was excellent every day for all 4 days i stayed The room itself had some maintenance issues and was dated. Nice location next to bass pro and restaurants.

1st room they assigned me (315) had an industrial fan blowing when I opened the door. 2nd room (314) was handicapped, which is no big deal. Room was fine, shower had very low water pressure and the hand held sprayer had broken away from the gadget on the wall and just hanging down.

Location is the only thing we were pleased with stores and food close by We’d stayed here twice before, this time was different the bed was terrible felt like we’d thrown a blanket in the floor very uncomfortable. The bathroom definitely needs remodeling, the mirror was peeling and the faucet was covered in hard water. The air conditioner was not very cold even on 68. Also when we checked in we were not informed their Spectrum was out, luckily we had Netflix . Pictures provided are the hard water on faucet and the bed side lamp that had tape on it.. I have video of the bathroom mirror but I am unable to add on here. This room was definitely not worth the almost $400 we paid for two nights.

The downstairs was under construction. There was limited seating for breakfast and no where to sit in the lobby, yet we were given no discount.

The rooms are clean and the staff are friendly and it is quite location- good for resting.

They upgraded me (so they said ). Ended up in a handicap room with broken tiles and water leaking. room was loud and you could hear all the noise from the people smoking outside. They were installing new carpet in the halls and piled it in front on my door

It was close to everything. The remodel is great. The property will look great when it’s done. There were places that needed attention in the hallways. Wallpaper was coming up near our room door. The air conditioning was not working properly. You couldn’t control it in the room. I like my room temperature at a low setting. It didn’t get below 74 degrees. The pet fee is too high per night.

Everything was clean Expensive

Breakfast was good Bad lighting. No full-size mirror. Kleenex had bad odor.

It was nice , I will stay there again Every was fine but it would of been nice to have the portal fire on

Clean rooms and hotel. Excellent breakfast, easy parking and great location. Staff were excellent:)

Property was good

The property is always clean and welcoming. They allow dogs and service dogs but it would be nice if there was a designated area for the fur babies to potty.
