Great front desk service always a pleasure.. a little noisy but I was next to hwy... ac unit a bit loaf, but help drown out hwy traffic noise

Excellent! Don't be put off by the exterior of this hotel, which is in need of some maintenance, or having to check in at the window because the lobby is locked. The room was spotless, recently remodeled, working fridge and microwave, plenty of towels, bath mat, and new beds. The price was probably $100 dollars less per night than the same quality room at the Hilton.

Welcoming person was rude and wasn’t happy that I chose to pay through Expedia rather than the hefty price he proposed at the counter. Very disrespectful and demeaning person. He needs some love for sure.

The room was clean and pet friendly. It is an old Inn, no pool and needs updates. However, it was clean and cheap for a one night stay.

It was dirty had big brown spiders, it smelled like a dirty mop. It was nothing like the pictures they display online.

Pet friendly but kinda dirty I found other people's trash checking in took forever they were all confused then I lost my key and instead of just giving another card the guy followed me into my room for some reason and looked inside

Staff was very friendly. Felt comfortable. But room was bare minimum, no coffee maker, no telephone, tv remote hard to push buttons on.

Clean room. No hair dryer. No closet.

The room was in terrible condition, the room we got was room 120. The lock didn’t not work, the restroom was not clean, and the sheets had stains. We ended up leaving, and we were not issued a refund or anything. The night staff was TERRIBLE and INCOMPETENT. They’re rude and won’t help you out. Terrible, TERRIBLE service. Would not recommend anyone staying there. If you do, DONT.
