Quality Inn Harlingen

Charged me 50 dollars deposit. Never received it back. There was no damage or anything taken from the hotel. From what I could tell it’s the shower nozzle the plate was already hanging off. They need to fix it instead of charging me for the damage.

Roaches in room. Hair all over bathroom floor.

The website photos show the property 20 years ago. Continental breakfast only had waffles and a keurig for a cup of coffee available. I give it 2 stars out of 5.

Cleaning ladies were very nice. Room was missing smoke detector. Looks like just pulled off the wall. Lamps were rusted. I’m only 5’3 n had to duck under shower head. Need serious upgrades.

Staff and location. Filthy walls, furniture broken and falling apart. Fertile cats by entrance. Sidewalks are in need of good cleaning. There was a damp odor.

Gentleman at the desk was very helpful.

This place is disgusting. Bad breakfast, shady area. Rooms are filty. Definitely not staying here again.

Mold and rust throughout the room. Smell was horrible. We left after one night.

The room was clean and the staff were great.

Breakfast was lack luster

Needs to be remodeled. I couldn't stay there.

I didn't like the fact that the pillows smelled like women perfume and the door to the restroom was falling apart and there was no hot water. Then for breakfast there was no apple juice even though it said it had apple juice and then they ran out of cereal. I was there at7:00 in the morning

Nasty smelling, sheets had cigarette burns as well as the tub had burn marks on it. Tub felt like you could go right thru it as well as all the slip resistant straps in it were up, plus moldy. Awful place. I will NEVER book Quality Inn again, I thought they should be QUALITY not crappy.

The tub fixtures were coming off. The drain was very corroded. The steps going up to the second floor we uneven and I tripped easy to fall down the stairs. The room had a terrible smell. We didn’t feel safe there either. We checked out a day early and did not get a refund

Breakfast was just waffles and cereal! They use to have a great breakfast juice machine was water! Use to live this hotel but beds were so small! A/c didn’t cool the room! The hot water was not there for showers! It’s went down in quality a lot!
