Courtyard by Marriott Harlingen

Housekeeping did not clean our room. The receptionist over charged me for my stay. I was not to happy with the stay for the same price I could have got a better hotel down the street with free breakfast. It will be one of those you only try once deal for me.

Cleanest hotel I have been to in Harlingen. The staff definitely made you feel like family. They have an enclosed court yard with fenced in pool, they kept clean and grass was immaculate compared to the area. Room was clean, carpets looked great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone if travels put them in this area.

Nothing Very bad experience. There were cockroaches, the sheets and pillows smelled terrible, and the room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke and mold. I would definitely not stay here again.

The gentleman who checked me in has Fantastic customer service skills. Breakfast was amazing as well.

Balcony. That was the only perk. They charged me an extra $300 they said was a “hold” when I checked in, but it was actually charged. I asked for a refund and they said they’d have a manager call. It’s been two weeks. I have to dispute the charge with the bank.

Staff was absolutely amazing and professional. They were very helpful and have great customer service. I would definitely stay here again. Room was clean and it was quiet. Had a very good nights rest.

Staff is excellent. Food was pretty good, but also pretty pricy. In my opinion, the room could use a bit more upkeep, because I noticed cracks in the wallpaper and other minor damage.

The rooms were clean and the property was lovely especially for a last minute unexpected stay. The shuttle from the airport was awesome and necessary due to our late flight arrival.

I dislike that the entire time of my stay I could hear the people next to my room. I could not sleep. Horrible experience
