All the staff was friendly and helpful. I really liked the remodeling of the rooms. I will stay there again in the future.

The AC was very cold, and I adjusted it. I didn’t use the pool and didn’t have breakfast, so it would be unfair to rate those amenities.

Everything was fine I just never got my deposit back?

The ice maker was inop at the time. But, room was excellent

The staff was very rude. The breakfast was terrible and very limited. Will not be coming back. The beds. The staff. The breakfast. All need improvement.

Good for the price you pay

Everything was clean and neat! I love staying at this location every year. The a/c had a leak and I saw the trashcan underneath it. But other than that, 10/10 recommend always

Staff was great, except the owners, very rude..The location is awesome, close to Walmart, movie theaters and HEB. The laundry machines were not working, asked the owners, they didn't know when it was going to be fixed.The breakfast was terrible. The place smelled of someone smoking cannabis.

Breakfast options were very limited, no fresh fruit. Room was clean and comfortable, A/C worked great. My only issue was with the TV remote control, no button to view guide, guide was listed on a specific channel and then unable to enter desired channel number on the remote control.

Don't ever want to stay here again. Staff was not knowledgeable about anything I had questions about.

Only bad thing about this hotel they want to charge you for kids, when we know kids under 17 stay free if you have the right accommodations. I stayed in a two bed room and they property manager wanted to charge me $40 for each of my granddaughters

The price was very affordable and the room was kept very cool . Was easily found on GPS and close to the grocery store.The staff was friendly and helpful loved the free breakfast. The pictures of the hotel are not accurate. Chair in the room appeared to have blood on it.

It served its purpose

We had no hand soap, o asked the staff and they said they couldn't give us one. They cleaned the room 3 times and the hand soap was never replaced, it was empty to begin with!! The 2 front staff ladies were rude. We will never stay here again

Clerk asked for deposit.. and was said to be retuned after turning in the key, and still arguing with them for deposit of no damage.

The area was not great there was a motel directly behind the property that was so sketchy. I'm glad my son went with me because I had my dog with me and did not like being outside on my own. The room smelled musty and cigarettes. It always felt sticky and humid in the room. The beds sheets had random hairs on them and on the last day when my son grabbed a towel to dry his gace the towel looked gray and appeared to look like it had a greenish stain on it ( use your imagination of what we believe it looked like) neither one of us was willing to smell it. The second day I was there we went to the front desk and the lady who was there said she noticed i had asked that my room not be serviced and then began to tell me I had to because I had a dog. When I told her my dog's not going to have any part of a stranger being in the room she said maybe I should lock my dog in the bathroom, WAIT WHAT!. Then for some reason the maintenance guy had to put his two cents in as if he was part of the conversation. She said ou can't leave your dog by themselves its on the paper you signed, dumbest thing ever i said people can't go every where with their pets. TShe was very rude. This is not a great place to stay. You know the saying you get what you pay for, this is where it came from. Spend a few extra dollars to stay somewhere else, live and learn. I will never stay there again and would not recommend you stay either.

Facility was ok. I made this reservation two weeks prior And I tried to cancel literally 10 minutes after I made the reservation and booking.com would not give me my money back. I would not recommend using booking.com to anybody

The entrance was out of service, but everything else was fine!
