We made our reservation through Expedia reserve now pay at property and they tried charging it that morning instead of after check in at 3pm and canceled our room due to this and luckily had a room for us. They didn’t have the cart for us to load our bags on for first two days. The life machine was almost always out. While taking our waffles out they took the syrup and washed it out so my kids didn’t eat( yes I know it was till 9 but we didn’t get in until 4am and got down there before 9). Had to use to use a washcloth to take a bath cuz the stopper was broke and the fridge wouldn’t close all the way so had to put stuff in front of it to keep our food cold. The staff was nice and it was clean.

, Capri Sun Juice, and coffee. There were no eggs or cereal. It was okay. I expected more out of breakfast.

Everyone is polite and professional

Rooms were clean and check in was fast. Staff was friendly. We have stay here several times over the years. Also very good location. Plenty of places to eat and shop close by in case you forgot anything. We been here several times over the years when we go to the Valley.

Close to everything, very clean and maintained

This is an older hotel with remodeled rooms. My room was very clean. My bed was made everyday and I was supplied with clean towels everyday. Breakfast is very continental. Coffee, juice, muffins, bread, yogurt, juice and there is a waffle machine available. Staff were friendly. I was there mainly just to sleep so it served its purpose. I would stay in it again.

I didn’t have breakfast I will never pay for this motel again the room had dirt and I found a hairball with blonde hair. They didn’t have shampoo and conditioner in the dispensers. I didn’t like that the receptionist said that i couldn’t have other people like family in the pool. So I will never get a room from them.

The staff was nice. If all you need is a bed to sleep in, this is your place.

All the staff was friendly and helpful. I really liked the remodeling of the rooms. I will stay there again in the future.

The AC was very cold, and I adjusted it. I didn’t use the pool and didn’t have breakfast, so it would be unfair to rate those amenities.

Everything was fine I just never got my deposit back?

The ice maker was inop at the time. But, room was excellent
