Motel 6 - Harrisburg, PA - Near PA Expo Center

This hotel needs a full renovation. The rooms are good inside but externally very poorly maintained: full of dust, full of insects. Cockroaches were crawling around the room and the washroom. I think Hotels.com should verify these properties to make sure that the quality is met, because I read the reviews and I booked it for me to stay over for a night with my family. It was really, really bad.

The room was spacious and clean. They allow guests with pets. It's very convenient to RT 81 and there are some good places to eat near by. The staff was helpful and friendly. There was some general maintenance items that need to be attended to, but overall now bad.

The hotel was a little run-down, and there was bird poop in the outside stairwell going up to the second floor. The room was clean. It was okay for theprie and I just needed a place for one night

The place itself is dirty. They don’t clean your room. There’s a bunch of bugs. Everywhere roaches everywhere. I wouldn’t recommend this place to nobody.

We booked two rooms and one was extremely dusty the other the bath tub of clogged and the both TV's did not work the 1st night, we stayed for two nights.

Expedia helped motel 6 to rob me..end up losing my money over a hotel i didn't even stayed in ..I reserved a non-smoking room ..when I got there they told me that they only have smoking room..experience was suck..

It's a trap house

great place to stay , pillows were flat but that is the only thing I noticed, friendly staff and helpful staff

Sink drain was constantly backing up. The room smelled unpleasant and could only be improved by running the air conditioning at all times. People making noise outside my room in the middle of the night. Television would not switch off. It had to be left unplugged.

The registration office appears stark and the atmosphere is not help[ed by the hand written note scotch taped to the door noting "No refunds after 30 minutes"....

Clean room, nice staff, no issues, great price!

Cockroaches, stains on walls, on floors (I think blood stains) broken door keys and cigarette burns on bathroom counter. Really.

DO NOT STAY HERE. The rooms smell like stale smoke. The sheets have stains and cigarette burn holes!!! The towels are gross and dingy. The floors are dirty. The walls have damage and there’s mold in the shower. We left in the middle of the night.

Too many roaches inside and a ton of bugs outside. Not comfortable at all. And I usually don't do reviews. But this had to be said.

The bathroom had a vent where ceiling was falling. There were ants. Mold around the shower.
