Our room smelled like smoke and was dirty. Clean sheets at least. The Motel 6 down the street looked like a much better option!

This place needs a lot of maintenance. I had loose ceiling tiles in my bathroom, leaky shower that had no water pressur. Place is rundown, with smudge marks on doors, walls, elevator had no inspection sticker and was filthy durty. My bed was clean, kudos to lady who made the beds. Just wondering if this place ever inspected?

Booked a room for tenants to stay in while their home underwent repairs. The hotel wasn't clean. The room had an extra 2-3 hour wait after check-in time because none of the rooms were clean. The room wasn't clean, and there were roaches. They left and I wasn't issued a refund.

Nothing at all, lots of rooms have black mold and stealing leakage from the central air units they’re not working properly. The bed are old. You could feel metal when you lay , rooms smell and if you want to leave, you don’t give your money back. It says not refundable so I’m fighting for a whole week worth of hotel back right now plus. The front desk manager Bobby is rude a big liar. There’s over 50 families living in this hotel there’s roaches everywhere. You can smell the cat piss from peoples rooms. There’s drugs everywhere there are three times a day at least.. there’s kids running around asking for money begging for food. The whole place smell 3/4 o’clock in the morning there’s people coming around drunk, screaming yelling. And if you stay for a week and you ask her to be cleaned, they don’t clean your room while you’re in the inside your room they will clean it after you leave. You have to change your own bedsheet you’re you’re basically paying for nothing and doing every bills work that getting paid for at the hotel for free and paying for a room. Most of the microwaves do not work and and have bugs inside. Most rooms don’t have coffee machines. And most of the refrigerators are old and frozen inside. It’s very disorganized and not maintain well. When you go into the property, there’s multiple trash everywhere. You walk into the office you can see roaches on the desk. The staff isn’t nice, and they’re cleaning room to tell 12 o’clock at night. There’s no structure format in this company. I advise you not to rent this hotel. It’s run down hotel for ghetto people there’s nothing nice about this hotel. Yes that’s right I got this room condemned because I asked multiple times because it was leaking inside and black mold everywhere to change the room and Bobby the front desk manager would not change it. And when I did change it and I called Susquehanna Township codes officer, he came out condemned and he told me right in front of Bobby. It was condemned. If you want to have a miserable staying, definitely go to this place. It’s not worth 20 bucks. It feels like you’re in North Philly on drugs but it’s Harrisburg. And it smells so bad. I’m very unclean very unorganized people and pours customer service..

We never checked into hotel. It was awful so I requested a refund and went up to another hotel. We checked in the room was destroyed I think this hotel should be taken off booking.com. I don't think it's very safe it was extremely run down filthy dirty and I felt afraid to be there alone. I was able to get another hotel quickly which was very accommodating. This hotel couldn't accommodate my handicap daughter at all. I think the pictures online should be updated to show how awful this hotel actually is. I've been using booking.com for years this is the first time this ever happened to us the front desk staff was very nice he tried to help us and he gave us a full refund. Thanks

I came for just the night for work in the area. Staff were friendly, check in was smooth, however the rooms ac unit didn't work in the context of getting cold which sucks during summer and there was a funky smell. Also the TVs&mini fridge I yhink should be upgraded/replaced. If they can fix those few things I would upgrade to 4-4.5 stars

The place is a dump. I can't believe Wyndham would franchise this place.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! There are people who live here, the bedding has cigarette burns, the air conditioner is rigged into the wall and there are crackheads who call this place home.
