Breakfast is advertised, didn’t exist. Just empty coffee carafe and a non functioning Nescafé machine. It’s like a resort for recovering low income drug users. First room had a non functioning ac. Second room I was given ac worked, but fruit flies were already renting the room. Ceiling and walls have water damage. Sheets had cigarette burns. Shower only had a cloth outer curtain, no plastic inner. Only positive were towels were neatly folded and pillows were moderately comfy. If I could give minus stars, I would.

The staff was nice. It was dirty, bugs, dirt on floors,

Location was good that's why I booked it. And the pictures online were good. Exterminate, they have a roach infestation. Pictures online are false advertisement.

When I told the front desk the guy said there was nothing he could do about it. He suggested buying traps at the mini market. He said he couldn't switch rooms. Then he closed the office and left. I called the 877 402 1198 to complain and was offered another room across town at a Red Roof Inn for an additional $111.00. This was NOT ACCEPTABLE ! To his credit the guy at this number tried to contact the Days Inn and inquire about a different room, but the office was closed. We got two traps from the mini marker but ultimately slept in the car. It was to late and to expensive to drive across town. Whatever you do, DON'T STAY HERE ! Unless you like mice.

Staff provided the Towel and Pillow immediately when we asked for All drawers are very messy with left over foods, they are not cleaned. Fridge was very dirty, microwave for smelling bad. We booked for 4 person, but there were only 2 pillow and towel. Room was smelling bad, kid of smoke smell, even after we return back to our home, the smell was there in our clothes kept in bags.

Nothing The room smelled like mold and dead bodies. Had to go out and get air fresheners. There was dead bugs everywhere drain bugs. The floors look like they weren’t cleaned basically that whole inn needs to be updated. If the surrounding hotel motels weren’t over $500 that weekend I’d be staying somewhere else.

Nothing Not clean. Ceiling cracked and peeling. Sheets stained. Bathroom door busted up. Floor seams coming apart.

Never stayed. I didn’t even check in as I was afraid to get out of my car. The place was a dump, people hanging over railing on balcony, some had laundry items on the hand rail. Very threatening to a solo female traveler.

Manager (Bobby) was quite helpful and was in charge of things. However, property is in overlal poor shape - one room had broken windows, initial room assignment had urine/blood on sheets (resolved quickly), tv didn't work in two of three rooms our group had, housekeeping refused to provide fresh towels (insisted on washing/reuse of initial ones), ceiling tiles in one room were damaged/ready to fall, among other issues. It appears property is used for local D&A recovery program - caused some initi8al safety/security concerns - Bobby seemed to have full control over this situation. All this plus local mayfly problems (next to river) which property management has no control over but caused some angst when they get in your clothes, hair, and everywhere else. Spent three nights - but will not return in future.

Check in was easy. We had to change rooms a few times due to some issues in the first two rooms. But the staff was very helpful and understanding in making sure it was taken care of promptly and with no issues. The staff was very nice and even allowed for a late check out due to meetings. Overall it was a decent stay. I feel like the rooms could possibly be kept up a little better but overall for being pet friendly and having nice staff it’s a 3 out of 5 star.

The place is a mess, filthy, litter everywhere, the former breakfast area is in shambles with no amenities and broken chairs. My room floor was wet, smelled musty, the AC unit was off and hardly worked when on. It looked like it had been pushed part way out of the wall. After 10 minutes I decided I couldn't stay there and asked for a refund and looked elsewhere for lodging. I'm sure the photos posted are from many years ago and suspect the decent reviews are fabricated or also very old. Avoid this place at all cost!

Hotel stay was fair. I checked in. Smooth. First room was horrible because it was not prepared for next guest which was me. Towels were around on the bed. Beds were not made. I was disappointed for the amount I paid. Told Front Desk. He fixed it. I was very grateful. He was kind and professional. Much appreciated. Please be mindful of making sure rooms are ready for guests.

Nothing Room smelled like cat urine

Was dirty, there was no dinning room for any complimentary breakfast. The room next to the 1st room they gave us had a long term resident who had a dog the went to the bathroom all over poop was not cleaned up. Room was dirty smelled bad feet stuck to the tile floor evidence of roaches. 2nd room they said was deep cleaned smelled better didnt stick to the floor but under the TV was very nasty you could see it when you sat down the doors are so bent and warped they only shut where the lock is the top n bottom stick out you can see right out. Most of the residents were long term and I do think the workers were living there and working to help.pay their room cost. We left didn't stay a single night. Worst place I have ever stayed. Will not be going back there.

Low income families living in there, sometimes the worst of them, but mainly good people
