Quality Inn Enola - Harrisburg

It's an older hotel that needs upkeep, but in general is ok and clean. The front desk staff was very friendly and the parking situation is convenient.

The property was terrible. The room was run down some light didn’t work. There were people running up and down the hall banging on doors must be for somebody they were with it just was very uncomfortable and I did not feel safe. I would recommend no one stays there and they would not give me a refund. They wanted to give me just another room and I said no thank you

It’s a decent place to stay. Quiet, peaceful and close to a few interesting places. The breakfast wasn’t all that, hence don’t expect much. The staff were helpful and friendly. The towel given to me had makeup stains, cobwebs in the bathroom and it was dusty as well. If you just want to stop by and to a night rest, it’s a decent place to stay. Again, don’t expect much, just a decent place.

Very outdated. Not very cleanly. Kids got rashes from bedding. Staff were at the very least attentive to the issues. Could of been a way better experience.

Location good..close to family Not clean. Had to empty my own trash. There for 6 nights..no room service..only one extra towel. Bed cover stained, and cigarette holes. Shower walls filmy. If I could have not lost money, I would have moved to another motel. Took photos of bed condition.

The staff were friendly and responsive My light kept shorting out, there were multiple "broken" parts in the room (cracked light switches, holes in the wall, coating peeling away from the tub. The shower curtain had black spots on the bottom and, to my absolute horror, there was a stain that appeared to be blood on my sheets.

Single night stay to break up a longer drive. The room was clean and quiet. Hot shower with fresh clean towels. Woke up rested and had a fresh cup of coffee before heading out. The room was dated. There was a lot of DIY repair evidence, especially in the bathroom. But everything worked perfectly for an overnight budget room. Desk attendant was polite at check in and check out. Will be keeping this place added in my favorites for any future trips to Hershey Park we might take.

Staff was nice. Cleanliness needs big improvement from bed sheets to the extractor.

Dirty, stained sheets, stained pillow cases. Strong smell of cigarettes in the hallway. Run down looking. Bathroom didn’t look clean.

The bathrooms need a major make over!! Our room had mold in shower and cobwebs in corners. There was a dead spider on the wall and the windows were filthy. Also need more variety for breakfast.

Bathroom tub did not drain, black mold in the bathrooms, broken toilet seat. Additional fees of 25$ USD each because we were 4 adults in one room even if my booking cleary indicated that. Never was mention by expedia when booking. Completely inexcusable.

Breakfast was good. Tv was ok. Was supposed to be handicapped accessible but WASNOT!!! Mold all around shower! Floor/carpet dirty when entered room. ONE set of towels for 3 adults in room and asked for more but did NOT receive them ever! ZERO wash clothes in room. Asked for them and was told they were in the washer and none were available!!! Cleaning lady tapped on door til we opened door and she tried to just barge into room looking for dirty towels which we didn’t have any since we only had ONE set the we were having to share. RUDE!

Chair back was broken. Could of hurt some one. TV took a dump! Ask desk in the Am.to fix got back to the room....8pm. Had to go to the desk to have someone fix it. Toilet seat only had one bolt so it went to the side when we used it...... Was not happy !!!!! Breakfast was a joke. Not much
