My room was clean and comfy. Breakfast was yummy. No complaints.

Clean. Good breakfast. Room was not fully accessible for wheelchair guest. Bed, sink & mirror all too high.

Check in was questionable. Had to wait awhile before anyone showed up. I was at the point to calling the hotel to let them know we were standing there to check in when someone finally showed her face. No explanation about the amenities, breakfast at all. Couldn’t even make an effort to tell us what room we were in, luckily it was written on the key envelope. Check out was the same thing. Couldn’t even be bothered to lift her head up to say bye. Hotel was great though besides these two employees.

It was clean. I was charged an additional fee that no one could explain

The room was fine and the desk staff were great. Unfortunately we left a tip for housekeeping only to find that they gave us new towels and replenished the coffee, but that was it. All dirty towels were left on the bathroom floor, the dirty coffee pot and dishes just left in the sink. We weren’t sure if they did anything to the bed as my wife kind of straightened it out and it appeared untouched. Would have never left the tip I did if I’d had known they would only be in the room for no more than a minute.

Really enjoyed our stay. The 2BR room is not very common and we really appreciated the ability to stretch out and have a bit more privacy.

Breakfast I asked for 2 beds specifically and got one queen. Rooms were fully booked. I did not pay over $400 to have someone sleep on a pull out couch, a poor one at that. Not to mention the staff barely wanted to supply sheets and a pillow when asked

We super enjoyed the free dinner buffet, which was a total surprise when we checked in. Enjoyed a loaded salad the first night and tacos the second night. Both were scrumptious!! Our suite was really nice too. I originally booked the hotel because we wanted to swim, but the water in the pool had something concerning floating in the water. We asked about it at the desk and were told that the pool was just cleaned and it was probably the chlorine. She said the pool person hadn’t notified her of a problem, so it should be safe to swim in. We checked the pool water the next day and the situation was the same. However the surprise dinner buffet made up for our disappointment of not being able to swim.

Convenient access to and from 81 and close to the Farm Show Complex.

It wasn’t bad but could be better

Upon arrival, we were assigned a room that did not meet those needs. The bed was significantly smaller than expected, the bathroom lacked the accessible shower seat we had booked, and there was visible vomit residue remaining in the carpet. When my husband spoke with the front desk, he was told that because we booked through a third party there was little they could do and that accessible rooms only came with queen beds. We were told we would have to choose between a king bed and accessible bathroom accommodations. I later asked whether I could simply use another accessible shower. After waiting an extended period, I informed staff that I could not continue standing because of my disability. The prolonged standing triggered a POTS episode, and I became concerned I might faint. No staff member offered assistance. Instead, two fellow guests noticed my condition and kindly brought me a chair. The most frustrating part came later when we were ultimately moved into an accessible room with a king bed and accessible shower—the exact room type we had originally booked. We later learned the room had been out of service due to an air-conditioning issue. I appreciate that we eventually received the accommodations we reserved, but the lack of kind accessibility was :(

Staff very helpful, breakfast was very, very good. Many handicapped parking spaces. Nice accessibility to highway and places to visit.

Very clean room. Friendly staff. Great breakfast options. Free parking. Will stay here again if in the area.

The interior was extremely filthy, particularly the bathroom, and there was a persistent musty odor throughout the room. Being with my children, I didn't stay the night, as I felt the need to leave after wasting money on this hotel.
-
Hotel was extremely clean, comfy and in close proximity to everything. Would definitely recommend staying here over places down town.

Lady at front desk was difficult and showed little interest in being helpful. Seemed very eager to blame Expedia for a mistake in the reservation and said there was no room reserved or available. Once she left the desk, the young man stepped up and was able to find both reservations immediately. I never did get my points, not from Expedia, or from the hotel loyalty program.

Everything was excellent
