Room was fine breakfast was terrible

The property here needs to be renovated, and the room had not been cleaned by the looks of it in weeks. I also look like the door has been busted in on the door jam and then just put back enough to shut the door, but the locks would not lock straight on. Also the bathroom shower was really gross and it definitely needs some work.

Great spot, great breakfast, and great staff. Beds are comfortable

All accommodations were as expected, bathrooms and bedding clean and comfortable. Great coffee and everything well stocked for the included breakfast. Attentive, friendly front desk staff. The lighting in the bedroom area was poor for those of us seniors. Though excellent handicap features in the tub/shower, I.e., grab bars and fold out seat, the tub's floor was slick.

Breakfast was good. The TV did not have any local channels.

The hotel was quiet and I felt safe. It could use a little more maintenance and cleaning. Breakfast was included and offered several choices.

The hotel desk clerk, I think her name was Shavi, was extremely helpful answering all my questions and giving me information about the hotel. She needs a bonus or raise.

Location The locks on the hotel room were broken - both of them. The base of the shower door and corners on the floor were very dirty - black.

The staff was absolutely awesome. The pool served it's purpose for my children. The bed were kind of itchy. The rugs on the floors were stained. The breakfast was i guess standard and boring. If I could add some input, there should be rotating menus daily.

The stay was good. Clean rooms and facilities, however at check in their systems were down, on a Friday afternoon Hilton thought it was a good idea to do updates and it delayed our check in. Then the staff in order to get us into our rooms , manually check this in and manually programs are key cards which was great however a key cards kept filling so we have to continuously keep going to the front desk to get our key cards programmed. Also those same key cards wouldn't open up any other doors except our room so we couldn't get into the gym or the pool or come in from side entrances or anything like that. Besides that inconvenience the breakfast was okay but it's what you would expect from a three-star

The staff was pleasant The system was down for hours so checking in was a hassle and annoying. I just finished driving 3 hours and juts wanted to relax

We had to come to Harrisburg for a funeral from Vermont. It was last min. The staff were very friendly and understanding. The pool. It was very cloudy, over chlorinated maybe?
